“I am from out of state and whenever I am in NYC this is my go to Awesome spot. Great selection and quality. Highly recommended! Love the shops vibez too, they have done a few seasonal functions in the back yard during the summer for new and returning folks. It’s a one stop spot if you’re going out b/w the flower and other merchandise available. I have my dog when I travel; I can come by with my dog since they are pet friendly so it works out great!!! The vintage is a nice touch from everything else around!”

“The customer services is amazing. They are very knowledgeable in their products and in their services not only are they knowledgeable they are very professional and very respectful with anybody that comes through those doors they do not discriminate, nor do they disregard anybody they don’t look at them as customers rather than as family, they socialize with their customers and they help them out by giving them discounts. Of course if you know them and if they know you well, not only do they sell, but sometimes you can just talk to them and they are very opening. The owner is an amazing person. He’s very humble and very outgoing, there is a gentleman by the name of blue who is very professional and very friendly and is accepting with his customers. His work skills are phenomenal. I do recommend going to this place rather than any other to go buy your products. I don’t think they deserve a five star I do believe their rating should be infinite stars of how good of a service they do, and how well they take care of you other places will scam you with these people will never scam you best place to go”

“Took my friend here for a birthday drink in the upstairs lounge. Reservation process was easy. Service was fantastic and friendly. Top notch vibes and cigar selection. Server was able to answer all questions and accommodate drink requests. Located in Financial District, so public transport, walking, or taxi recommended. Parking will be very difficult-expensive in a garage. Close to other downtown locations if visiting from out of town. Highly recommend.”
“Always a great experience visiting Rex club downtown on Pearl street. The team is super friendly and helpful and the vibe is always on point. The humidor is the best one in the city, and one of my favorites in the world. “This place is truly amazing! the store is a time travel machine : ) You can watch the guys making cigars front of you. It is a rare genuine experience.To be seen!! My son was turning 18 so, as a symbolic gesture, a good cigar was a must. I asked the manager for recommendations. I got something small in size but very close to a Cohiba in flavor, very elegant. My son and I loved it : ) I have few friends who are passionate about cigars. Over the years, i had the chance to try the best stuff from around the world. I insure you, this is the real deal. I can't stop talking about it : ) Be aware, the store window is small; i passed front of it many years without a clue. Pricing is not reflecting the quality neither : )-”

“There are few things in this world that bring me great joy: my family, my friends, golf, a good scotch, and of course, cigars. When I travel, I always seek out interesting spots where I can enjoy a fine cigar. This week brought me to NYC, where I discovered the Soho Cigar Bar.
What a gem in the Soho community! The vibe here is fantastic, with friendly folks ready to assist you and a superb selection of cigars. The atmosphere is inviting, making it a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the evening. Though the prices reflect the quality, it's definitely worth it. Highly recommend spending some time here!”
“I love to stop in Casa de Montecristo. Oscar Wilde quipped the only means to get rid of temptation is to yield to it. I bet I am not the only one who is nostalgic about tobacco smoke. I mean from cigars and pipes, not cigarettes. So many of us associate it with a relative. It triggers memories, including of pleasurable occasions when I have relaxed while puffing away. I acknowledge the risks. I indulge rarely. I figure given the stress reduction, it is a worthwhile trade off. If you object, don't come into this place. The selection here is sizable. The prices are reasonable. The other feature to highlight is they are hospitable. But they are not snooty. You can sit in a comfortable chair and just think. I'm not big on clubs. The feel here is different. It is guys, and gals, who share an interest. You could strike up conversation about the sports on television. But it is generally to each their own. I sometimes am accompanied by a colleague. Even then, however, we are enjoying our own private reverie. I value such moments. If any of what I have described appeals, perhaps you'll step away from the busy life you have outside and whatever is happening on the street.”

“I'm a cigar smoker who specifically buys Brickhouse from this store because of the two brothers who run it. Ignoring the fact that Mohamed and his brother are some of the hardest workers I've ever met, they'll go out of their way to make sure their customers are happy. If they don't have something in stock, they order it. If I'm looking for a new type of cigar, they give me recommendations. If a cigar has unintentionally dried out, or won't draw easily, they'll give me a new one, no questions asked. That's amazing customer service, and that's why I recommend them to any and everyone in the area.”
