I love this store! The prices are good. The staff is exceptionally helpful! My business is a block away and they have never let me down. They often have discounted cleaning supplies. I have used TSA precheck for myself and my brother. Both have been approved in 24 hours. I use them to print my business cards. Today I dropped off a UPS package. They gave me a coupon today for dropping off the package where I get 15% off my next purchase. The quality of the supplies are all great. If you look for their coupons or shop their sales you can save every time you come in the store. It is truly valuable to have this location so close to my business. Thank you for everything! Add Amazon returns to the list! Bring your item with the bar code and they scan it. You do not even need to package it. They also supply you with a 15% your purchase when you drop off the items. Amazing!

Marcos in the printing and shipping department is absolutely amazing. He takes his time to help you find the best and most cost effective option for printing and shipping. Super knowledgeable on all the products and options. Really appreciate his patience with me and helping me find the best options for my corporate shipping.

As far as Staples for my computer and office supplies this is a good location. If I'm in the neighborhood of Grand Central or Bryant Park walking I stop in to take a look. I would definitely recommend this Staples Store if you live in the neighborhood. Customer Service is friendly and the employees know the location of items when I can't find what I'm looking for. My only complaint about any Staples store is the cost to print. Since my daughter purchased her printer at Staples I have her print what I need. She doesn't charge me!

I used Staples for a same day turnaround poster board print out. It's good to know Staples can have quick turnaround times for printing projects, where you want simple prints, binding, poster boards, etc. Just call the number of Staples, connect to their printing department, and they'll give you a unique email to send your file. I did have to follow up a few times by phone to make sure it got done in a timely manner... but once I arrived it was ready to go. I always try and use locally owned printing shops, but when you're in a bind Staples is a good option.
