5 stars because of multiple reasons: 1. They had the currently-hard-to-find liquor I was looking for and for a reasonable price. (though I did buy their last 3 bottles of it) 2. Allowed me to pay for them over the phone since I couldn't immediately get to them in person. 3. Held my 3 bottles sixteen days until I could pick them up. 4. Pick-up took me less than four (three?) minutes. The bottles were bagged, waiting, and separated by cardboards for protection. 5. During those few minutes, the young man behind the counter was polite and professional. (Bonus: 6. I didn't look around more while I was there, but the store looked immaculate, which is always appreciated.

Spent over $525.00 on 6 bottles. The Asian old man jammed all the bottles in one bag.
I asked for another bag to separate (3) split them and balance the weight since I had to walk a little. The man responded, "The bag is strong but you could buy additional wine bags."
That's the stingiest in my book.
Customer service and experience is important. You should want people to return and repeat business. Treat them well.
***Note: I had spent over $500.
I'm taking my business to another store.
He lost a customer.

I have always enjoyed the wine tastings they have here. It's a large store with a very nice selection of wines and spirits, and the staff are pleasant and helpful. There is also a very inviting back room that looks like a fun spot to hang out, although I'm not sure if it's for staff only or for customers as well.

The people who work here are so kind and helpful, always happy to give a recommendation and they really know their inventory, if you have a request they go out of their way to help. Like today, I wanted a good Pinot Noir for about $40 and the woman working there found a perfect bottle for me right away, and she has such a nice engaging personality it made it a real pleasure to be there.

Great selection. Excellent customer service, and if it's a gift they have a selection of wrapping options to make the presentation that much more special. It's become my go-to winery for the holidays.

They store has great selection. They have an annual club membership that gives you 10%-15% discount on certain bottles. I don’t frequent enough to justify playing for the membership.

Top tier liquor store with friendly, knowledgeable staff and best prices in the area. Has an excellent selection of scotch, bourbon, and tequila that you cannot easily find in other liquor stores.
