Astoundingly horrible service. The young woman and the "manager" who helped me were absolutely useless. I was told that they could not help me with the issues that I was having with my phones. And that was it. Couldn't charge my phone. They were done. Another agent mentioned the "mod' for my phone. My manger? "We don't sell them. Verizon doesn't make them anymore". And he was done. At least he could have feigned an interest in my issues. Or offered to help me when I do receive the charging mod from Amazon. It does not matter that I am a doctor and my patients are trying to call me and have no way to reach me. It does not matter that I spent thousands of dollars at this location! And thousands of dollars with Verizon. It does not matter that I have been a Verizon customer for 20 years. I don't think anyone even wrote down my name. I am basically no one to them. Shameful.
What's so amazing, is that this was early in the day. There were no other customers. No one was busy. No one had anything to do. Someone should have offered to troubleshoot my phone issue.
What's even MORE amazing, is that once I got home, I spent some time looking up my issue, and found a youtube video explaining how to clear out the charging port with either a wood or plastic tooth pick. I did this, and now I am able to charge my phone thru the USB port. A simple solution. Not even hinted at by the "experts" at this Verizon store. They just could not give a s----.

I haven’t had always the best service here. The last time I went a tall older Caucasian man helped me and messed up my whole family plan. He needs to be reprimanded for what he did. I’ve been on the phone with the 800 number for three days now trying to fix my issue that he messed up back in November. So he can get a few extra dollars on his check SMH.

Asked to look at the device (iPhone 15) prior to purchasing. Can’t do that because they are display only. Told me to go to the Apple Store.Whats the purpose of having them on display if u can’t hold the device. Needless to say I will never go to a Verizon store again

Listen to all the reviews do not do business with them. They are not good people scammers. Bought something didn't open it or use it they refused to take it back . They don't care about customer service .

Great experience. Earlier that day, we walked out of the bay terrace location after horrible service . Our experience at this location was much better . We opted to order online and pick it up via kiosk. It was simple and efficient. I'll still utilize sales people in the future, and I'd definitely do so at this location, but after our terrible customer service experience at the Bay Terrace store, this was just what we needed .
