I am actually amazed at how consistently excellent my experience at this post office is. The people working here are nice and friendly, they handle things efficiently as possible, they’ve always been helpful at explaining different options to me, they made my passport application go as smoothly as possible, it’s just a great location. Sometimes there’s a line but they handle it as efficiently as can be. Just really great experience here all around.

Exceptional Service at the Post Office!I recently visited the post office and was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. The facility was remarkably clean and well-organized, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The staff, without exception, were incredibly friendly, making my visit enjoyable.I want to extend special appreciation to David, one of the staff members, who not only provided efficient passport processing but also went above and beyond with his friendly and humorous approach. His excellent customer service made a significant impact on my visit.I highly recommend this post office for its exceptional service and commendable staff. A big thanks to everyone, especially David, for making my experience so positive!

Very good quality service. if you doubting about speed or questioning passport appointment speed? oh come on , go other place, I promise you will need to wait around 1 hour more in NY city USPS. Dan or Don is a very work hard and nice guy. please if you don't know what is normal speed for your appointment, just find a hole bury yourself. they really do your favor to renew your passport in a easy way. please, if you don't like to wait, then don't do it. period.

We were treated UNFAIRLY at this post office by the staff called Don. We had a 11:45am passport appointment and arrived on time. A guy with 11:30am appointment but arrived late around 11:55am. We were standing in line waiting and the guy was standing behind us. The staff Don called the guy behind us to go to his window and let us keep waiting. We talked to the manager. Both the manager and Don claimed that their rule is to serve by the appointment no matter the person is late or not. And they claimed they were trying to serve everyone. However, you should serve everyone FAIRLY!

Darrel is amazing! I paid for overnight delivery from Fl to this post office… the package arrived a day late (which was not this PO’s fault!) but when the person picking up my package arrived… they did not give him MY overnight package?! I called this location hoping to get an actual human instead of automated at 1-800 # and I get so much better!!I got Darrel!! He was friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help me find a solution! He went above & beyond because he understood this was an important package to get me a birth certificate quickly! Without his help I would not have gotten it turned around in time and it would have been DEVASTATING(You may have read my review at the town of North Hempstead county clerks office! lol)a million thanks Darrel !

Best post office I’ve ever experienced. USPS staff are almost always borderline comatose and put forth the minimal possible effort on the best days. The guys in here were friendly and helpful and even more shockingly EFFICIENT compared to what we all usually expect from the USPS. Will go out of my way to come out here from now on when I need a physical office as the ladies in Bayside just make you feel their own depression

I wanted to apply for a new passport for me and my 3 kids. The earliest appointment I found was at this location. I got there 15 minutes before time and was served by "Don". He was very courteous and helpful, and it only took less than 30 minutes to get all 4 applications processed. I was skeptical about the negative reviews, but what I witnessed today was real professionalism. I definitely recommend this place
