3 salespeople in the store when I walk in looking for a particular skirt. Ok they don’t have it, so ask me how else you can help me or show me other skirts.
No, their interest in me is completely lost and I wonder around for the next 5 minutes while they continue chatting, completely ignoring me.

Only responsive to white persons. No smiles and no thank you even after you made a purchase. Wonder if their boss knows.

Nadine was amazing, patient and tried so hard to find me the right outfit. Only thing is the store was out of my size in most pants so I was disappointed. She did a great job however and I purchased the cutest flats a pretty blue shell.

Theory has some good clothing, especially jeans. Ample surface lot parking is available nearby as well.

This is the best store I've been to in a while!! Wow, great product selection and amazing staff. These ladies really do work as a team and it's so incredible. Shout out to Gina, who was super nice, PATIENT, and so helpful to both my husband and me. My husband and I couldn't stop talking about you last night. Thank you Gina and Theory for being there and putting a smile on my face during these difficult times. I so enjoyed shopping in store with you yesterday and I can't wait for more shopping dates ❤️???????????????

First i must give a shout out to Katie for exemplary service. I bought a beautiful well made jacket last week and today noticed a sale today I made a quick phone call and was credited the sale amount. No hassles. Theory 5* for service and quality.

Located in the Manhasset shopping center, Theory offers a lot of nice, chic looking clothes from tops to jackets. The clothes here are expensive but they are of great quality. They do have sales here as well and often, you can catch a nice jacket for an affordable price. My mom bought me a nice jacket from here, but unfortunately it was too big for me. I came here to exchange it but they didn't have my size and they also ran out of it online. If you buy things from sale prices, you cannot get store credit but can only exchange your item. That's a bit inconvenient in the case that they run out of sizes because you're left with a item that doesn't fit- big or small. The salesperson was nice so no shame there but if you're planning to get someone a gift, make sure you know their size. Of course, ample parking here and lots of other high end brands are here.
