This is why I love shopping at local, small, non-chain big box stores. Individual, experienced help, that you just don't come by in most large retail stores. I purchased a pair of sneakers had an issue and when I inquired Daphne rectified my issue with a smile. What a wonderful experience due to a wonderful employee.

They didnt have many basketball shoes available. With the help of an associate we settled on a shoe that turns out is not good for playing basketball and simply a throw back shoe, that is so uncomfortable my son limps when he plays in them and will need to replace them after a few games of use.

the selection wasn't bad but it wasn't great either -especially for the location. we spent so much time there only because most of the shoes that we asked for, they did not have the size. we quickly went through about 12 pairs of shoes. the guy there was nice but we ended up with the lady and she was not friendly at all. when we left, we both shared the same feeling about her customer service skills. she left us feeling that we are better off ordering from whichever manufacturer rather than purchasing through her. may you have a much better shopping experience, if you choose to visit this sneakerology.

Made a purchase from their store. Same night realized it's cheaper on Amazon with free shipping. Asked if they can match the price, they said no.Before you purchase from them double check the prices online. you'll be surprised most of the time how much more they charge.

My boyfriend found this store visiting from upstate NY and loved the sneakers. I was looking for a particular sneaker and called the 2 stores that this store has. I had a better phone experience with the people over at Wheatley plaza. When I called the store in manhasset the woman was so rude, it's the holidays & she just hung up at the end abruptly. I live in the Roslyn area & I'm not sorry that the customer service was not what I expected. Some people need to humble themselves. Just because, you work at the Americana doesn't mean you need to act like the people that may shop there. I will not be going back!

With all the walking and running we have been doing lately, my husband needed new running shoes and literally within an hour and a half of placing our order online, his sneakers were at our front door!!! Its generally an ok store, but the staff is pretty disrespectful. They got all annoyed when we kept choosing different shoes through their store, and their expression looked like they were eager for us to leave.
