With the help of John and my contractor, our kitchen and entire first floor were transformed into a modern and useful space.   Showcase Kitchens has demonstrated creativity, attention to detail and professionalism from the beginning to final details of our project. John's level of experience sets him apart in the kitchen design industry and his ability to understand his clients vision, wish list, and must haves is paramount. Our project had some space issues and our priority was functionality, but John's confidence was projected throughout our project, which helped put our "second guessing" at ease. Sean, John's project manager is professional and responsive. In addition, we purchased all of our appliances through Luxury Appliance, operated by John's brother Anthony Stark. We are so happy with our kitchen and experience with Showcase Kitchens.

  We couldn’t be happier with how our kitchen came out. John at Showcase Kitchens was phenomenal in his attention to details when we expressed to him our needs and wants for the design of our kitchen. John designed our state-of-the-art modern kitchen that showcased a gorgeous and prominent metallic gold hood that took center stage. Under the hood sits a flush-mount induction cooktop that provides an easy-to-clean cooking surface that is seamless. On each side of the hood, we selected appliances, with the help of Anthony, that complemented the modern space symmetrically. Based on the square footage of the kitchen, we not only had 2 islands but also a separate pantry for storage that had its own sink, second dishwasher, and another rubbish/compost disposal system. The refrigerator and freezer columns are adjacent to the motorized overhead cabinet doors. These cabinets are a very convenient location for our stemware and glassware. Under both islands, we have additional storage cabinets and if that wasn’t enough, we have storage that goes up to our ten feet ceilings. We also chose to have integrated lights under the overhead cabinets and dimmable lights with sensors integrated in the drawers.Sean and Ajirth at Showcase Kitchens were both meticulous with the renovation. Sean came after framing of the kitchen space was completed to take accurate and precise measurements. It was at this first on-site visit by Showcase Kitchens that he found that our existing ceiling did not come out far enough to align with the cabinets. John and Ajirth worked on revising the design, which worked out better than the preliminary design. We were very thankful that Sean caught this when he was on-site. He was assigned our project manager and was very responsive and always in contact with us as well as the manufacturer. His coordination seemed effortless even with the language barrier and time zone difference. He assured us that every component of the kitchen was boxed, loaded into a container from Italy and made their way on the ship to NJ, inspected by customs before being unloaded onto a truck for the warehouse and then ultimately to our home. He was very helpful with providing the manifest and plans to confirm that we received our entire order without any hiccups. Sean also came back after the kitchen installation bearing additional accessories and saw the areas that needed adjustments by their specialist for this brand of kitchen cabinetry. He coordinated the work and the specialist came to make the final adjustments.Ajirth came prior and after the kitchen installation to ensure that a Showcase Kitchens representative was available throughout the process. He provided vital information to our fabulous GC (also referred by John) crew and his insight on the product line was instrumental to the design and install.We can’t say enough about the services that Showcase Kitchens provided. They are top-notch and work tirelessly for their clients. The manufacturers they work with make exceptionally high quality products that will last for decades. Thank you for making our dream kitchen.Note to the scope of work: We were not only renovating our kitchen but also other areas of the house and the designer we worked with recommended Showcase Kitchens. We are so grateful she did. And we couldn’t have achieved the results of our entire renovation without the GC that John recommended. His resources and connections enabled us to safely remove low bearing walls and columns that separated the kitchen from the living room and shore up our basement with new structural headers and columns with footings. Everyone on the team played a crucial role to the unconventional renovation. Thank you Showcase Kitchens!

  I could not recommend Showcase Kitchens enough. They were amazing from start to finish. They helped design the most efficient kitchen in a relatively small NYC space. As efficient as it is, it is beautiful - the result is exactly as I envisioned. I was very concerned about the quality meeting my standard, i.e. I didn't want to see chipping or scratches a few months after use - it's now 3 years later and it is as good as the day it was installed. Showcase is extremely professional, addressed all of my concerns and I would highly recommend them.

  My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Michael Radovic of Showcase Kitchens. We walked in with a simple sketch of what we thought our space could accommodate and Michael designed a kitchen that offered so much more then we could ever have imagined. We love our cabinets, accents, design and all of the details that make our kitchen the most favorite room in our home. Michael was always available for questions, site visits and advice. He left us loving our wide open space, welcoming to entertaining and company. I love my kitchen!! Thank you Michael Radovic for an incredible experience.

  Showcase Kitchen has a convenient location, beautiful showrooms, many different samples - meet all design needs and budgets. Michael Radovic, is one of the best interior designers we have been working with. From day one, he listened to us, understood what we need, gave us suggestions, went to learn our house, walked through many details with us and designed a beautiful kitchen and a library for us. You will also be amazed how detail oriented and organized he is. Michael Radovic is also very patient, when we were not sure what we prefer, he gave us time to think, never tried to sell us anything or pushed us to make up decision quicker. Sometimes we can only went to his office after work and he always be there for us. We later knew our neighbor also used him for kitchen design years ago, we were all very happy with Michael Radovic.

  This Honestly is One of The Very best Customer service experiences of My Life . I have Been Dealing with People for 30 Years and I had the pleasure of stopping by this Show Room . What a Amazing Time thanks to Noel who Took the time to show me the Different Products . She Was Kind , Professional , Knowledgeable , Polite , Helpful and Truly goes out of Her way to Make the Customer Feel Like Family . You Just do not find this Level of Customer Service anymore and it Has and Continues to Be a Delight and Privilege to write this Review . Thank You So Much Showcase . 5 Stars

  Louie Viteri designed our kitchen in 2017-2018. He did a fantastic job. He measured everything perfectly which is so important. He advised us on the Wolf/Subzero appliances with paneling, 2 huge islands, butler pantry with sink, beautiful sheen on cherry wood,2 corbels and middle keystone on ventahood, soft close drawers, corner rotating lazy susan, etc, etc. He advised two 30 inch wolf instead of one unit and was cheaper and prettier and more functional.   We had such a great experience with Michael Radovic at Showcase! From day one, he made it his mission to get us exactly what we wanted while remaining in our budget. He never tried to "sell" us and actually showed us ways to save without sacrificing the design. He provided invaluable guidance every step of the way and was unbelievably responsive via phone, email, and text. I think it says everything about Michael that he guided us through purchasing appliances, cabinet hardware etc. -- even when he knew we were buying them elsewhere. I highly recommend using Showcase, and specifically Michael, for your kitchen needs.
