I had excellent experiences at the Safavieh Chelsea store. My salesperson, Nazila Dilmaghani, was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful! She was so patient in showing me several rugs, as I went back and forth with my decision making. She helped me with pros and cons of chairs and when I made my choice, picked out exquisite pillows to pull out colors in the rug.
I highly recommend working with her!!

Purchased my dining table from Safavieh and it was delivered and handled with care. I love the Manhasset location. They have great accessories and everyone is always friendly. I would definitely recommend.

Stools and delivery A+++. I originally ordered from West Elm stools that took over nine months to arrive. I ordered these stools as well were custom and came less than two months. The customer service, and time of delivery way better than West Elm. I will order future products and furniture from here!

Kristina Veltre helped me pick out everything I did not even ask her for anything else I said just pick out what you think will look good. Kristina works in the Manhasset store in New York and she is simply the best. The best of all the rest she also decorated my daughter’s house, which is stunning. The store was wonderful. Everyone was wonderful. The delivery was wonderful and I am so happy that I allowed her. Because I always make a bad choice. She is amazing. Thank you for everything to everyone at the store.

Staff in the store were very helpful. The delivery service was also top notch. However, I was disappointed that 9'x12' rug we ordered only measure 8'4" x12' so we were forced to make some less desirable aesthetic choices to make the rug work in the space. I will deduct 1 star for this shortcoming.

Our designer, Kristina, was an absolute pleasure -- she is the ultimate professional -- creative, responsive, and immediately understood our preferences and styles. Couldn't be happier!

Terrible customer service, after sending the wrong item they questioned our honesty for placing the wrong order - it took 2 months and numerous calls and emails to finally receive the item we hadoriginally ordered. We will not be returning to that store.
