Without getting personal, life changes had me suddenly in need of a new residence. Roberta happened into my life via a dear friend and I will forever be grateful. Roberta spent months on end, day after day looking at homes with us (my dgtr and granddaughter too) holding our hands (much needed) every step of the way. Roberta is amazing! My wife and I had a very specific idea of what we wanted in a home, where we wanted to live, and how much we wanted to spend. We spoke with Roberta, and she listened to every word we said - she took us to see some beauties, and didn't waste our time looking at houses, just to make a sale. We looked at 11 houses in total, a far cry from some of the house-hunting horror stories we had heard. Roberta is very responsive to emails, text messages, and phone calls, and made us feel comfortable every step of the way! I highly recommend anyone looking for a house in Queens or on Long Island to reach out to her.

Roberta is a true go-getter and just makes sh*t happen! My wife and I were looking to relocate the family to Long Island and after connecting with Roberta, we had several showings lined up within a matter of days and a new home selected within a week. She took the time to understand our needs and talked through the pros and cons of all of the houses we looked at. After we picked our new home, this is when Roberta's added value really kicked in! She worked with us and the seller's agent to ensure the house was prepared exactly to our liking, even pointing out certain items that required fixing that would have otherwise been missed. Her goal the entire time was to ensure we walked into a perfect home.
