The pharmacy doesn't get the job done on a regular basis. Often backed up and late or inaccurate with their timing with filling prescriptions, even after talking to them.

The photo department at this Walgreens rocks!! They are by far the quickest that I've come across and do a superb job with clean, crispy prints. If you checkout their website you can snag some amazing promo code discounts too. I've printed from about 6 different Walgreens over the past year and this one certainly reigns supreme. Thanks Manhasset Walgreens!

if you need to go to wallgreens, don't go here... terrible customer service. went to make a selection on some snacks and got kicked out for being there too long. i was there for 5 minutes with my friends to get some takis or smth but there was a disagreement. we sere deciding on some doritos when some manager lady who looked fresh out of high school went on some rant. was extremely rude and sarcastic for no reason as we had not done any harm to the store or the merchandise. she had some stupid superiority complex just because she was a high school dropout working at walgreens and we were some teenagers buying a snack. totally unfair and i will not be giving them business. go to raindew up the block it is significantly better, have great staff, more selection, more variety, it's infinitely better. comparing this walgreens to literally any other location is like comparing a 4 year olds scribble painting to a leonardo da vinci painting. however wallgreens is the place to get gum. and if you want the sigma male jawline, go to wallgreens. In summary, some employee screams and threatens to kick us out and acts like we are going to steal everything and blow the place up just because we were buying snacks. Also only go there for gum and a sigma male jawline.if i could leave a 0 star i would

Prescriptions are never ready. My doctor sent over prescription electronically twice and they said they never got it! I had to have my doctor call in the prescription to have the medication finally filled. Then I'm checking out, and I'm being charged the full price of the prescription when my insurance card is in the system. This happens each time I go. Go somewhere else!!!

Recently switched from CVS to Walgreens because I moved, but it may be worth the extra 3 miles to go back to my old CVS. I used Walgreens decades ago when I lived in Florida and really liked them. Here in Long Island I’ve always used CVS but was initially happy to switch. I’ve been disappointed ever since. Unlike CVS, when I call The pharmacist, Walgreens is difficult to get to, they are rushed and don’t really want to answer my questions, and didn’t give advice that made sense to me. For example, I was scheduling a vaccine and they told me the appointments were weeks out but I could walk in the next day but I would be prepared to wait at least an hour in the store and I couldn’t leave even if I feared exposure to other people; I couldn’t even wait in my car. They said anybody who has an appointment wouldn’t wait. She said if I want to get the vaccine quickly I should come in tomorrow as a walk-in, if I wanted to wait a few weeks I should schedule it so I don’t wait while I’m there. So I went online to schedule it, and they were appointments the exact same day, with lots of availability. What was she talking about??. then I had a question about a different vaccine, and I tried using the Covid helpline, which is one of those lines which makes you choose too many options, and never actually allows you to get to a person, and none of the options actually answered my question. Quite typical of a poor customer service oriented organization more focused on cutting costs than delivering good service. Hugely disappointed in what Walgreens has become, both at the local level as well as at the one 800 number, and I fear going there for the vaccine I scheduled now — hope they give me the right one . They do not feel professional more confident, and certainly not service oriented

My husband and I got our Pfizer booster and flu shots here. The staff couldn't be nicer! The whole scheduling process was very easy to do through Walgreens.com. When I made the appointment online, there were a number of timeslots available. I chose the morning timeslot. When I tried to schedule for my husband, all the morning slots were taken! I quickly picked the afternoon slot before they disappeared! When we arrived for my appointment, I asked if they could take my husband as well. The young man behind the pharmaceutical counter said YES! We were very grateful that he saved us a trip later! You need to fill out several forms, if you have not done so online, and wait for your name to be called. Wear a short sleeve top because the shots (if you are taking vaccine and flu shots together) are given one inch apart at the very top of your arm. (The lady who administered the shorts said the higher the arm, the less pain there will be.) Afterwards, you need to wait 15 minutes before you can leave. This location has a large parking space and there are many great local shops and eateries nearby. Come here to take care of your body and soul :D

Walgreen’s clerk endangers customer relations to save Walgreens a nickel. I watched the clerk sell a very easygoing young man a bag for his purchases. Walgreens charges 5 cents for a bag.The man says the bag may not hold the heavy items and requests a second bag. The clerk says that will cost another 5 cents. And that’s not all! For the second bag and the nickel for Walgreens, the clerk needs to reprocess all the items.People delayed in line, people watching this crazy scene. Me, not returning any time soon.

Pharmacy is HORRIBLE here! Such trash. You know there are so many Walgreens and the main reason someone goes to a certain one is because of the customer service they receive. Unfortunately the pharmacy service here is trash. First off who has a lunch break during other people’s lunch break. And there flu shot times are ridiculous! Just go to CVS in Great neck much better service!
