On a Saturday this place is so quick, after making an appointment online it took 7 minutes to get my blood. I was amazed and in shock since in queens the wait time is longer. There is only one person working there but the appointments have enough space btw them to get the blood n leave. It is inside the building that says LIJ medical group 4th floor

The technician here was very nice, and the service was somewhat on time. I would have given 5 stars had my appointment been taken at the time it was scheduled.

I agree that the woman was rude. I had to wait two hours just to drop off a specimen for my mom. The actual process took about 60 seconds and she insisted a wait my turn. I was told to come at 11 and didn't finish until after 1 pm.

We go their 5-09-12 She is very rude and chang time and lady i know thay work but short time lunch time give 1/2 hours people comeing but lunch time 12 to 1 and door close support door open

The lady who works there is lazy and rude. I've been going to this office many times - I go once a month for blood work. i finally got sick of the way she treats people. Quest is not the only show in town i went elsewhere and they were so much nicer and accommodating.
