I visited Prada to repair my bag, all the staff including manager Matthew were very friendly and helpful. I hope my bag will be good repaired and returned to me.

I’m totally bummed I forgot my sales associate’s name, she was so helpful so friendly, I was on the fence about whether or not I was going to purchase but he patience and willingness to show me everything I was interested in and spend the time really convinced me! Overall love my bag. I even went back because I saw another bag online I thought I may want instead and she was once again so friendly. Loved it here!

My daughter recently purchased a beautiful pair of boots from Prada Manhasset. The sales associate, Erren, was exceedingly helpful and patient. I would highly recommend asking for Erren if you are in the market for any Prada goods.

During my visit to Prada, I felt uncomfortable when the associate asked my mom if she can check her Hermés shopping bag for a sensor because the alarm went off, even though it didn't. It made me feel like we were being racially profiled. I was disappointed that no one greeted us or asked if we needed help but asked if she can check my mom shopping bag. Unfortunately, due to my negative experience at the store, I didn't end up making a purchase, even though I had planned to buy a bag.

I brought a pair of sunglasses here and they gave me the used one. I have to return it. NEVER EVER GET ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!!!! People be hide the counter here is really nasty and ignorant...

I only gave 1 start since you have to. This location deserves none. I have been trying to call this location for 3 days and there is no answer OR call back! this customer service is horrible!! I am waiting for a response on an exchange and its impossible to get assistance!

Just missed another sale! I went to Prada Manhasset specifically to buy a bag in and out but they closed an hour early. We could see people were in the back trying on shoes so I called...no answer. We waved to the salesperson and they motioned they were closed. It was 5 pm on a Monday. I guess I will just go to Louis Vuitton...bye Prada it's been real! Let me know when you need the business
