“Better selection of bird items. This store had more of a selection. Sometimes I dont have time to wait for a delivery in the mail. I work looooong hours and typically do not have the time to go to a store like normal people. So I rely on internet shopping. Not my favorite choice.”

“Absolutely 100% legit place. We text Amanda and she was absolutely amazing! Not pushy at all. She sent us a bunch of beautiful pugs until we found the right one. I was definitely concerned and worried since we weren't unable to see the dog in person before picking her up. We received a bunch of photos and a video of my sweet pup. The process was very quick and setup great. We had to watch a video and take a test before getting our puppy which I was honestly impressed by. I figured if they made you do all this I'd be shocked if it was a scam. I received a ton of texts from Amanda with constant updates and we even got to pick up the dog earlier than I expected. The price was definitely the best out there considering how expensive dogs are nowadays. When I was handed my puppy I was given all the paperwork and necessary info and stuff needed to get her setup and started with all her shots. She came immaculate, clean no bugs, no cough, no issues, was given 100% clean bill of health. She is now 5 months old and we couldn't be happier with our experience and with the dog we picked. We can't wait to get another one lol. Definitely the right place to go and you will not be disappointed. Trust me we wanted to see the dog before getting her and we weren't able to BUT I did go into several puppy stores and my dog was way better taken care of, we got more out of our sale, and a way better dog and price. I would recommend everybody buying from Best Puppies. You won't be disappointed.”
“My dog has escaped from my backyard and this shelter was a big help in finding him. I initially called and described my dog but he wasn’t over there. About half an hour later the shelter called back and informed me that my dog was at an emergency veterinarian center nearby. The fact that they remembered how I described my dog and matched that description to a dog in an entirely different location than theirs is amazing. Even taking the extra step to call me back and inform me where my dog was tells me alot. The people working at this shelter genuinely care about animals and have a passion for what they do. I am beyond grateful for their help in my situation.”

“Owner is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly! He is a legitimate reptile lover! He was also extremely patient with me and answered all of my questions. The reptiles here are very well taken care of. I had purchased a crested gecko from them around a year ago and he hasn't shown any signs of illness, has a great appetite, and is full of energy! This place also has a pleathora of feeder insects and rodents. Truly a one-stop shop for all reptile enthusiasts or for anyone looking to get into the hobby!”
“I have been buying from this store since it's inception... The friendly staff is knowledgeable about the merchandise and high end dog food. Miriam the groomer is wonderful, she treats my corgi with love and the cost is comparable . I needed a leash and harness for my Corgi who is difficult to fit. Sean ( the owner) immediately assisted me and presented a set that fit perfectly. So if you aren't happy with the prices I suggest that you try PetCo. Renting a store in BayTerrace is extremely expensive probably equivalent to Manhattan rates. I don't mind paying a little more for the customer service and quality merchandise. Thanks Sean! “This location has more in stock then most. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Petco itself could have some better sales for members. For someone who has 3 pets I'm there sometimes 2 twice a month and spend a good amount.”
“My 3 yr. old Aussie Doodle has been visiting the NY Puppy Club since she was 5 months old. This gem of a place is our go to for boarding/grooming. Harley is well taken care of while in their hands. She is a high energy dog & enjoys playing with all the other furry friends while supervised. I love it, because I can check the web cam when I am missing her & know she is having as much fun as I am. I highly recommend this establishment for your puppy/dog needs.”
“This wonderful grooming establishment always does a great job with my two doggies. This is quite literally the best haircut they have ever gotten in their lives. I fully trust their groomer to clean them up and give them whichever haircut is best for them. She always does a wonderful job. My doggies are always happy and energetic when I get them back. Everything being done to the doggies can be seen right from the lobby, which also has a multitude of healthy dog treats and food, as well as cute clothing. I absolutely love the hairstyle that was chosen for them this time around. Best grooming in town by far. They even gave my doggies little pigtails and bow ties.”

“After a long and disheartening journey from shelters and other boutiques, we had decided to see if the place where we got our family pug from 13 years ago was around. To our much pleasant surprise, it was and under new and better management! From our first phone call to visit, vanity pups made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Nassar and Nuri were both knowledgeable, patient, and kind as we played with their available puppies! They understood our needs and we were happily able to adopt our Frenchie, Nori! (Formally Tuxedo of Vanity pups!) You can tell they really care about their pups, in every way possible and that really meant a world of difference to us. “Had our first experience at Woofer Wash today and I have to say it was an absolute success. Called and made an appointment just 2 days ago. Walked in and was immediately greeted and directed to a wash bay where all the supplies were ready and waiting. The staff were helpful and informative. I read that parking can be an issue during the week, but it's Sunday so parking was easy peasy. On top of great customer service the prices are great too. Absolutely extatic that we found this place. Will definitely be back and highly recommend!”
“Brought my six month old golden doodle in today for her first haircut. I was nervous since it was her first time and I had never used the grooming services here, but I was lucky enough to get the most amazing Groomer, Nicole, and both my dog and I had the most excellent experience. Nicole was so sweet and you can tell right away she had such a love for animals, and my dog took right to her. The haircut came out incredible and my puppy looks so cute and she was even licking Nicole when it was time to leave so she definitely had a wonderful first haircut experience!! I have found my groomer for life! Thank you Nicole!!! Definitely bring your dog here to her you will be glad you did !”

“We have been going to Spock & Elvis for at least 15 years and they are the BEST groomer there is, and a terrific pet supplies store. Shannon is an EXCELLENT groomer who loves your dog while in her care. We have had 5 poodles over the years and by far she has been the most consistent and skilled groomer ever! She groomed our last standard poodle her entire life, and now grooms our 2 year old mini poodle. We love how she grooms our dogs. She adapts the cut to what you prefer and she always gets it right consistently. I like that my dog is in a playpen not a hard crate while waiting. The pet shop only carries good quality toys and foods. We have gotten the best toys and raincoats, collars, and doggie shampoo. Mostly all made in USA or Canada. I have had only good experiences here, and we have been using Spock & Elvis for the past 15+ years! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Thank you to Brian & Shannon for always taking such good care of our fur babies!”
“This food literally saved my Dog Beans life . When I first got him I had him on a certain dog I will not name for legal reasons he became for very sick and started getting patches all over his body and a friend of mines told me about K9 Martins Formula and I immediately got the food from a local Dog Trainer USA K9 in Long Island who is the best hands down !!!
He educated me on the food from top to bottom a week went by and the patches his energy went back to normal and I’m so mad at myself that I didn’t take pictures 11 years later he’s still running around and completely healthy haven’t had one VET BILL !
The food is for all stages from puppy too Adult and Senior the Kibble is nice and small and it’s approved by the AAFCO .
You can’t go wrong using this food it can save and improve your dog lifestyle so don’t take any shortcuts on your DOG/Family Member because they don’t take short cuts on loving and protecting and giving great companionship with you .”
