I was recommended by someone to take my 2023 BMW M50I to this shop. When I talked to owner Eddie I asked him to fix my car as it was from the factory. And truly I was not disappointed my car was fixed and looked like from the store. The color is matching, all the lines are even and interior was clean and armorall treated. It was very easy to deal with Eddie and very happy to see my car the same as it was from the factory. Excellent service and experience highly recommended. Much appreciated Eddie ???

We fixed two of our Teslas at this location and I can personally recommend this place. The manager Ed is outstanding, he will go out of his way to make sure you're taken care of. Front desk staff were also very professional. If you want to trust someone to fix your tesla, these are the guys. Both my cars look brand you, the color match, all parts are in tact. They send your car to tesla service center it needed be for additional calibration. The list goes on. The point is, these guys get it done right. I wouldn't take my time writing such a long review if I wasn't so satisfied with their service.

My car was in a collision recently and I was calling around to see who could handle the repair. After talking to some not-so-friendly people at other repair shops, I spoke to Eddie and North Shore Auto. Not only was he friendly and personable, he was patient, answered all my questions and walked me through everything I needed to do to get my car repaired. He estimated the repairs would take three weeks, but they were done well before that. Not only that, Eddie took meticulous care to make my Tesla look brand new. To make a long story short, the back door of my car got completely smooshed and the back window totally shattered, glass everywhere. North shore and towing came to me, picked up my car, fixed all beautifully and then drove it to me upon completion. I sooo appreciate their professionalism, honesty, and how convenient it was that they drove me the car back at the end.
