I would never shop at this location, theyre all racist and have no customer service training. I walked in the other day to look at some wallets, I was browsing for a few moments looking at a few pieces no one ever said anything to me. When I was finally ready to purchase I stood by the counter waiting for someone to come, no one, all the associates were standing in the corner laughing a few made eye contact with me and nothing, 2 set of customers come in soon after without hesitation the associates run to greet them and offer assistance, lets just say they didnt look like me. I turned to walk out and an associate comes running me down, can i help you I just politely told her you all are a joke and went to Gucci to purchase what I needed. The Walt Whitman location is much better. I dont care who you are or how you look treat everyone with the same dignity!! I’ve purchased from other stores in that mall and never had an issue regardless of how dress down I looked.

I bought a cap, but now the back button and a part of the leather have come unglued. I took it to the store to see if it could be repaired. The staff said that they could not fix it. This seems to be a quality issue with Louis Vuitton, so why can't they repair it?

Cici was really nice and patient. She made our experience very enjoyable. Highly recommend her if you are shopping here. She can also speak Mandarin, which is a nice surprise to us.

The worst customer service ever. I purchased a $700 bracelet her with CECE and the bracelet kept coming off my wrist. My friend has the same exact one and didn’t have this issue. I went back into the store a few weeks later and Rosie the manager took all my information said she’d contact me back in two weeks and I never heard from her. I contacted the store multiple times but wasn’t able to get through to them. I’m stuck with a defective bracelet and they refuse to help me.
The staff there is also very rude and judgmental. They looked at me funny when I told them I want to purchase something there.
Just shop elsewhere.

I'm done. I've been a longtime client of Louis Vuitton. Since 17, and I'm now 40. I don't JUST buy bags. I buy shoes, coats, clothes, other accessories. This store has some truly obnoxious staff. If I'm the one buying then how dare you look down on anyone. At this point, I'm done with LV. I'll continue with the other luxury brands. FYI for those who are spending this type of money anyway.. Gucci has a DIY department where you can literally customize anything. I've customized shoes, clothes, etc. If you go to the Gucci in Manhasset then ask for Peter. He's amazing.. But honestly, all the reps there are great. They treat you like a human and don't look down on you.

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. Maybe the people writing the reviews are the problem and not the employees. I have been here a few times and have dealt with different sales associates during each visit. Everyone was very kind to me and extremely informative. I never felt pressured to buy anything and was always lead in the right direction. Whenever I was feeling indecisive, they gave me time to think things over and make the choice that I felt was best for me. My advice to anyone that didn’t have a pleasurable experience is to just come in to the store with a positive attitude.

CiCi is a lady who gives a very comfortable and elegant impression. She doesn't have those sales characteristics that force you to make a purchase; she always considers your needs. I recommend having her serve you.
