“I don't normally shop in store at Ferragamo, and certainly not this store. But the experience I had shopping here definitely made me start thinking that I should start coming here more often. I received a tie as a gift, but the style of the tie did not suit me well. So I came to this location, and the Brand Embassedors welcomed me to exchange the tie. Normally, in these kind of high fashion stores, the associates are very up-tight, but that was the opposite of what I experienced here at Ferragamo in Manhasset. The second I walked into the boutique I was greeted by smiles, and there was definitely no one hovering over as I looked through their fanominal tie selection.
