The service Dept is not up to what I received in the past. No closure on several recent issues which I had to take up with another dealership. I will probably not lease or purchase another car with Infiniti. Besides, the Infiniti CEO is being prosecuted for criminal activities. They eventually closed down. No suprises here.

My experience at INFINITI of Manhasset was a highly positive one. The staff is knowledgeable and highly professional. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction. I was introduced to the service staff and they were helpful and professional as well. Jerry was a no pressure salesman who was able to guide me through what can be a terrible experience: car shopping. INFINITI of Manhasset earned every one of their 5 stars.
