Bought multiple Chanel bags here. One broke and I took it back to get fixed. No questions asked to send it off for repair, since the bag wasn’t even a year old. The repair was perfect. A few months later the same part of the bag broke again. Still under a year old I brought it back. They took the bag and sent it for a repair. When I went back to pick up the back (after purchasing a very expensive Chanel wallet) I asked the manger what happens after the 1 year warranty is up and the bag breaks. She said they’ll charge me for the repair. I said that was fair but hopefully it doesn’t happen again. I then asked how do I prevent this bag from breaking again. The MANAGER replied “Don’t use it as much.” I was appalled and so was the sales women who was so kind helping me. Who says that? Don’t use a $3500 bag. Needless to say I refuse to step foot in this store again.

This place does not honor their promotions. Once you buy something they can careless what they initially promised. We thought we were getting a credit for 750 dollars if we purchade more things but when we went back it decreased down to 500 dollars and the terms changed and you have to buy more things to get the discount NEXT time. I wonder what it will change to NEXT time???!!! Not a transparent place for a high end luxury boutique they represent themselves to be.

From the second I walked in to the second I left, the customer service was perfect. The managers are very helpful and they know everything about the products they sell. I would give 10 stars if I could!

Agree with the negative reviews. Purchased from Chanel. If Chanel was sold anyplace else I would go there. The ees literally stare at you. Sizing you up. Plus there are so many very young people buying $5000 items with mommy s credit cards. The salespeople will help them before anyone else. Really disgusting.
