What a wonderful class of people who work at this particular location, especially Angelo! i went purse shopping for my birthday and Angelo spent almost an hour with me showing me everything & anything i wanted to see. i didn’t feel like a bother to him at all. While i shopped around indecisive on what designer i wanted to purchase, he texted me telling me the history of the bags i was looking at beforehand. The ENTIRE staff treated me as if i was royalty. Angelo was truly so kindhearted, if you’re looking for a bag, go to this location.

Don’t waste your time coming here! The absolute worst manners and so unhelpful. They wouldn’t repair my sunglasses and proceeded to tell me that my husband should buy from Gucci instead of Macys where he got them. Scumbags.

If you're looking for a salesperson who's trying to ruin your day with an icy glare, an air of supreme arrogance, and zero helpfulness, look no further than salesperson * Anastasia * at this store. From the moment she realized I was there for an exchange, her sole mission seemed to become, ‘How fast can I get this person out of here?’ Despite my polite explanation that it was a birthday gift I wanted to exchange, her expression stayed as warm as a statue. To top it off, she brought out the store manager, who was just as unhelpful. I had actually planned to buy more items, but it seems they couldn’t care less about my business. There are countless ways to say ‘no’—some more customer-friendly than others. This was, without a doubt, the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. Will I be returning? Absolutely not. For your peace of mind, do yourself a favor and shop in Manhattan instead.

Don’t shop in this Gucci !!!!!
Its a complete rip off.
I SENT $150,000.00 thats a hundred and fifty thousand. Clearly i am a great customer .
I bought a shirt for $1600.00 . When i got it home , i didnt like it. I spoke to the manager and she basically said
I dont care what you bought , your shirt doesnt have the tag on it , so we cant take it back
It was brand new . She didnt even look at the shirt she just said no.
Never shop in this store. There was one saleslady that totally dissed me.
Never Never shop here again I will not
The store COULD CARE LESS FOR THE CUSTOMER

We had a very pleasant experience at Gucci Manhasset with Michael T. He was very attentive and helpful with our purchase. I Would definitely recommend waiting for Michael or make an appointment to work with him. He is a super nice guy and made our visit easy and enjoyable. We had a few laughs during our interaction with him, he is a down to earth guy.

Waste of time calling the store!!!!
Been calling over a month to pick up my watch i dropped off to repair and client services keep telling me someone will call me back withing 24-48 hours,they even mention the manager will....As of today with my 10-12 phone calls them NOBODY has reach out to me...why spend so much money over an item that was faulty and took it back for repair and now i cannot even get a response...very disappointment and unprofessional....

Never felt more uncomfortable in my life. I watched someone else purchase something and their id was not asked for until I was up to make my purchase and they asked for my Id. I will never shop there again as I felt I was profiled. Very disappointing…

My absolute favorite Gucci store. They are always nice, always accommodating. My rep is Peter K, and he is absolutely amazing. I absolutely LOVE Gucci's DIY options and try to take advantage of it as much as I can.
