I would like to thank the manager of the Manhasset store of having cultural diversity in the employee staff not to mention an excellent team. I’ve recently have had an unpleasant, distasteful and regretful experience with the Smith Haven Apple Store location and recommend everyone to reconsider going to this location for wonderful customer service. Not to mention for the manager of the Smith Haven location should take notes from the Manhasset location so they can better their team. Thank you to the Manhasset location for all your help. “Product came in great shape, the only problem I have which isn’t necessarily the store’s fault is that, the delivery guys are just so rude. I can’t speak for all of them but there are two white men, one young one and the other a bald man, who gave my wife and daughter a disrespectful tone. They don’t know much about setting up TV’s and since it was a 64 inch, they needed some help. When asked of them to help, they said they’d “do it” if we paid them more. That’s completely unacceptable behavior. It would’ve been far more professional to refuse politely and say that they couldn’t or didn’t have time.”
