I had an issue with a necklace I just purchased not even a month ago and was very upset. The store manager Dakota was absolutely amazing in helping me and resolving the issue. I cannot thank her enough for her kindness and how quickly she was able to find a solution. Thank you so much!!

Love David Yurman and all of their pieces. I also very much like this location! You can make an appointment online to have your jewelry fixed or cleaned which always makes things easier if you are tight on time.This location recently moved to a new store and the new store is bigger with a more open layout. I found everyone there very welcoming, warm and helpful. Caroline is my go to person there and I will certainly be back soon for a cleaning and to buy myself something pretty :)

Been shopping here for years. We always come back because of the excellent customer service from Susan. She is beyond kind and profession. She goes out of her way to help us each time we go in to shop and we appreciate her for it!

There are a few sales person wondering around but none of them help me at the first chance. I had to wait a few minutes before someone will help. This is the worst David Yurman location I have been to. The other locations people are very attentive this one they are not.

My experience could have been significantly better if there was more care applied to the experience. Reserved earrings for pick up for Mother’s Day and when I arrived to the store I was told they did not have item in stock and would have to order and ship it the following day. This was two days before Mother’s Day so, regardless of being annoyed this was a viable option. I was asked to wait for someone to reach me, notifying me items available for pick up. That call never came... I called 10 times through out the day just to be given the run around and even had the same women I spoke with 10 min prior on the phone act as if she could not hear me. Terrible acting skills and even worst costumer service. 30 min before closing I finally received the earrings. I love Yurman and will continue supporting them but will not be returning to this location.

I was looking for a certain DY Evil Eye design necklace to buy as a present. I called the store to inquire, and a friendly kind salesperson named Susan told me that they didn't have it in stock but promised to get it in a few days time, with no obligation to buy. Susan texted me when the necklace came in as promised, and had it all ready for me to look at when I came in to the store. We exchanged pleasantries, completed the sale and I was out of the store quickly. Excellent experience all around. This DY store is modern and clean with good vibes and a small seating area in the front. While waiting I saw several other clients come in for cleaning their DY pieces and they were served promptly as well. NOTE: As another Yelper noted, contrary to Yelp's current info this store is now open with hours starting 10:00AM daily.

Store is well stocked and attractive. If they don't have what you're looking for they'll source it from another DY store and let you know promptly, no obligation. Susan was a pleasure to work with too, so helpful and friendly!
