I was extremely disappointed with my experience here on December 27 2023 around 1:30PM. I had a specific inquiry and instead of providing me with proper guidance, the staff asked me to have a check re-written from another party with no explanation, even after she supposedly spoke with a manager.I have been a long term customer at Citibank and have recently moved to Manhasset. Unfortunately, the Manhasset branch was unable to service me so I went back to my old branch at Great Neck and they took care of me in less than 5 minutes.I will be back again and when I return, I expect your staff to be better trained.

I was trying to buy a money order... The people working here told me they won't sell me a money order if I didn't have an account..... Yes that makes me. Very much to want to open an account with you... Your so smart .... Yea sure f banks and banking.. they are part of a big scam

Came on my lunch break for a quick service need. I Waited patiently on the line for the next teller and some other banker assisting with the line decides to ask what people on the line need starting from the back of the line INSTEAD of the front. Useless! Tellers otherwise we’re nice. Need more tellers working at the branch!

This had been my favorite branch of any bank until recently. One teller in particular was so rude to me. The first time she helped me, she asked me if I ever use the ATMs to deposit my pay checks. When I said no, she aggressively questioned me about why I didn't use it. She told me that I really should try it. And kept asking me why I wouldn't try it. I found this exchange uncomfortable and offensive. This time she started in with "I see you don't have any credit cards with us". I told her that I do, I have 2 cards. Once again with the aggressive questioning: "Why don't you have the card with 2% back?" I told her I didn't need it. She kept pushing and pushing until I gave her a good enough reason not to get it.Then, when I needed to get into my safe deposit box, she said I had to wait, she wanted to take the next customer. I had already waited 15 minutes on line for my turn. Then the next customer had never-ending questions. So I requested another teller to help me. She did help me but wouldn't wait for me to finish. I told her I would be just a minute. This teller told me to let her know when I was through and she would help me out right away. So in a few minutes I did let her know, she started to walk over to help me and the original, rude teller told her not to help me, that she herself would help me. So the kind teller went back to her station. And the rude teller ignored me and continued helping the other customer. After waiting even more, I announced loudly that I needed help and had to get back to my office. Finally a bank manager came over and helped me place by safety deposit box back into the vault. What a crazy ordeal.

I had been chasing down a Citibank checking plus overcharge for three and one half months. No one at any Citibank branch, customer service phone reps, or supervisors, (and a letter to corporate office) were able to resolve the issue. As a last resort, I went to the Manhasset branch (which is not my local branch, but I'd been there before, and were impressed with their operation), was assisted by Sylvia Wang, and within five minutes, my problem was resolved. She should teach customer service classes for Citibank. She has restored my faith in Citibank.

been with this branch for many years, they moved from the Macy's Shopping Center. My representative Sylvia Wang is super helpful, professional and really goes out of her way. It's wonderful to have such great service.

Slowest Citibank I have been to. Went in a Friday to deposit a check and there was a long line with only one teller depositing checks! They got a second teller but was still slow.

Opened recently this spotless easy access location is perfect on my way to wherever I'm going. Friendly staff and prompt service I have waited a max 10 minutes when we opened an account for my daughter. Citibank has high fees yes but I've been with them so long I'm loyal and frankly this branch doesn't set those rates. I can't see any fault with them unless of course you have a problem with banks in general. Then yes they are not exempt from borrowing money and paying us nothing in interest to invest our money - and charge us! But that's what capitalism is all about so may as well get screwed in a friendly clean place.

Do not enter this branch unless you have zero plans for the rest of the day!! Don't get me wrong the bank is clean and friendly! But guess what for the long wait for customer service and one highest checking account fees its just not worth it!
