No one at any Citibank branch, customer service phone reps, or supervisors, (and a letter to corporate office) were able to resolve the issue. As a last resort, I went to the Manhasset branch (which is not my local branch, but I'd been there before, and were impressed with their operation), was assisted by Sylvia Wang, and within five minutes, my problem was resolved. She should teach customer service classes for Citibank. She has restored my faith in Citibank.”

The ATM is located right on Plandome Rd., plenty of parking in the lot behind the branch and there is very easy access both in and out. The staff here is extremely friendly and helpful. I have already used both the individual bankers, as well as the tellers. Again, all extremely helpful and friendly. If you're a BOA customer, I recommend this location as a complete one stop shop.”
