I have only gone to the Manhasset store twice. Both times Deniselis helped me both times. I do apologize if I spelt her name incorrectly. She was kind, patient, knowledgeable and very accommodating. I am so grateful for her help. Athleta is so lucky to have such an amazing human working for them.

Susan is a fabulous representative of Athleta! She was so helpful - hilarious - fun and and made our shopping experience a really enjoyable one! Then she recommended a local sushi place and a name to drop and dinner did not disappoint. Thanks, Susan! Good energy in that store for sure!!

Amazing personalized shopping experience by Sandra. We usually do our shopping online but decided to go in person to the store to check out the styles in person and the fitting. We came Sunday 7/31/22 at 12 noon. We were so glad to have come in!!! Beats any online shopping experience.Sandra prepared a dressing room and helped us add different clothing items in different sizes/colors. She stopped by our dressing room numerous times to check in with us- got different colors and sizes of stuff we tried out. Ultimately we must’ve tried out 20 plus item and eventually purchased 10 items.Sandra was so genuine and cheerful to our baby. She normally works as teacher for pre-K/kindergarten, speech language pathologist by training— and her expertise with being helpful and kind shines through.Besides Sandra and the shopping experience. We usually find it difficult to find clothing we like and fit. This place is our jam!!! Lululemon is next door- but their holier than thou experience we had was a complete turnoff. We didn’t even stop by Lululemon because this place is way better in clothing, quality, fitting and service.Jordan the general manager was helpful to Sandra- although a bit stern in the beginning- but gave us a few smiles at the end.Couldn’t be happier to find clothing at this store. Highly highly recommend!!!

I had the best experience today with Sue and Kim. Kim , tried to find my size for a parachute cargo pant that was sold out everywhere. It was a clearance item and she checked a lot of stores for me. Sue talked to me and wanted to fit my size properly. They made me feel comfortable and I did not feel unwanted in Manhasset. I found the pants online Kim, I found a size 2 in the parachute pants online. Someone probably returned. Thanks to both of you, I will be back soon. Stay safe

I ended up at this store when the employees at Lululemon ignored me when I was looking for leggings. I selected a pair of Rainier Tights. An employee asked me if I needed help while I was looking at the sale section. She also explained to me that the Rainier Tights were light weight but has a fleece lining. I ended up paying $101 for the leggings at full price. I usually don't pay full price for clothes but since the sales woman convinced me that I was getting a durable product for winter, I went straight to the register and bought it.

As a couple of other reviewers have said, the staff at this location are snotty and rude. I'm local so the first time that I came here was for a return to then rebuy since a few of the items that I purchased went on sale literally a few days after. In this transaction, the cashier handed me an item that I didn't realize went on sale for only a few cents less than what I paid and condescendingly told me the amount of cents that I saved. And while something petty like that would set me off, she caught me on a good day and I chalked it up to a bad egg.But today I visited this location again to bring in a few items for return that I washed (hello, COVID) but never wore + an item that similarly like last time went on sale right after I purchased it (so I purchased it online and had my original on hand to return). The associate that interacted with me was snotty and gave me a hard time about returns, claiming that the return policy changed to 60 days and only for issues related to workouts -- a. I'd like to know how does that work for your wear to work line, b. as someone that worked at Athleta, I know that this isn't best practices of this company, and c. absolute b******* as I've never had an issue with a return A YEAR later. The associate offered me store credit for the two items that were out of the supposed 60 day window for the current retail value. It was an absolute rip off and horrible offer/service, but I simply didn't want the shirts and can apply the credit towards an item that makes me happier. As for this location, I've only left unhappier.
