Horrible customer was never greeted when I walked in ignored by all employees just standing around having a conversation amongst each other when I walked up to a group of employees and asked for helping buying a new phone was told I need an appointment to receive help from the store I call in to make an appointment was told there’s no such thing needed to buy a phone will take my business elsewhere wasted my lunch break and time to be greeted by lazy and incompetent employees that don’t wanna do they’re job would never recommend this store

I was given an hour wait time to replace my iPhone's battery. The gentleman Marty who had helped me was very good and thorough. I went back to the store 5 minutes before promised time and went to a short asian girl who I later got her name, AMBER, to let them know I'm back for my phone. I sat there for another 50 minutes and finally decided to ask another employee how much longer it would take. He could not find me as checked in for pick-up. He went to the back and brought my phone out. I asked him when my phone was ready and he was unable to give me that information. I asked to speak to a manager to file a complaint because I was sitting there for another hour for no reason just because the incompetent AMBER did not check me in properly. Finally the manager came over and said she would give Amber my feedback and went to the back to speak with her but she never came out. I waited another 20 minutes for no reason again. Thank you Apple for hiring such incompetent people to run your business. I will never return to this location ever again. Please everyone save your time and do not come here. Go to the Roosevelt Field location instead. I've had repairs done there and was always ready when promised. Good luck. Not only did I have to wait an extra hour and 20 minutes for no reason, they didn't even give me my phone fully charged. It was at 5%.
