I've shopped at this Alice and Olivia a few times and the experience is just beyond fantastic. Delmy is amazing. She is so helpful and knows the line so well. I can't wait to go back. All the staff make you feel like a princess while you're shopping! I bought the most beautiful outfit and have gotten so many compliments on it! Highly recommend!

My experience in store with Kristie was amazing. She hallows my daughter and I find 2 dresses for a wedding and also made it possible to ship a dress to the location for another daughter flying in. Seamless and so easy. She’s a delight to work with and I highly recommend doing a shop at home with her. Inquire about that. So easy.

I just want to give a shoutout to Angela at the Manhasset store. She was very pleasant, professional and a wonderful sales person. Truly an asset to this company. She was extremely helpful in styling different outfits for me. The store was busy with some demanding customers and yet she kept her cool and was very patient while multitasking with all customers. It was a pleasure working with Angela.

Used to be my favorite. There were some ladies in there that always dressed me up perfectly and emailed me the newest collections. Idk what happened with them. They are not there and it went downhill with their customer service.

The staff here is excellent, very willing to spend enough time to make sure you get a good fit. I did not feel rushed or pressured into clothing that wasn't really perfect. I also learned about some sizing combinations that I had never considered before, even though I have bought from this company for a long time.

Olice olivia sales ladies today at around 11 am have them fired they make you guys lose money I walked in asked them questions about sizes and dresses they didn’t want to work they like we don’t have any sizes they didn’t try to help or get the customer I walked out went to the next store they took me and knew my name even though I shopped there a year a go almost. I’m telling you olive Olivia sales ladies today probably made you guys lose lots of money by their behavior kick them out. Best advice I give the owner reading this. Today date Friday June 10. A+O has become one of my favorite stores. I don’t shop without Cecilia styling me. She’s quick, personable and has an eye for the perfect fit. If you shop with Cecilia you’re guaranteed to walk out of the store feeling confident with your purchase and yourself. Delmy was very professional and helpful as well. Cecilia and Delmy make for a lovely and easy shopping experience.

I’ve shopped at AO for years, and been to multiple locations. This is by far my favorite one. All the girls are lovely and helpful. Cecilia is my go to and is always happy to order any sizes I need and show me new styles as they come in that she knows fit my lifestyle.

Seriously my worst returning experience ever!! The store manager lied to me saying the body suit was not returnable even it was in unworn, original condition... It was a lie!! The A&O website tells a totally different story. I was cheated and treated unfairly by the store.

This is a terrible store for customer service. I bought a dress nearly one month ago which was supposed to be shipped to me and received in 5 business days. I have still not received it and when I call the store, either no one answers or I am put on hold interminably and then advised that they have no information and they'll call me back which they do not. I will never shop at this store again and advise that you don't either.
