My experience in store with Kristie was amazing. She hallows my daughter and I find 2 dresses for a wedding and also made it possible to ship a dress to the location for another daughter flying in. Used to be my favorite. There were some ladies in there that always dressed me up perfectly and emailed me the newest collections. Idk what happened with them. They are not there and it went downhill with their customer service.
