Getting ready to sell your home is a pretty big undertaking! Barbara came to our house, looked around and put together a plan to get us uncluttered, organized, staged and ready for our open house in 10 days! Diane, executed the plan and worked side by side with me to get this very big job done. Having support and help through this quick and exciting change was amazing. We would not have been ready without A Nu Start NY. Barbara is a professional at this craft! Thank you

If I could give this UPS store 0, I would. Like others, incredibly rude owner/worker. Never ever will say hello when I greet him. Will try and charge for EVERYTHING sand ANYTHING. I will never be back!

I have never written a review like this... The owner of this store tried to charge me for the free UPS envelope for documents. I told him that I know they are free, but he said, "not for you." I am not sure what to make of that... I went to the Port Washington store and shipped the document without charge or incident. This was a fraud and a lie--over $2. This is not the kind of business we should want in our community. Worth the drive to Port Washington.

absolutely awful interaction with the staff there. the man was rude, hostile and belligerent. i thought i somehow offended the man but in reading all the other its clear that UPS accepts a pathetic and atrocious standard of "customer service" or whatever you call what goes on here. just avoid and use USPS or the nearby whole foods for returns.

Went to return an Amazon package. I didn't tape the top of the box. "He said no worries, next time". Then he didn't want to give me a receipt. So I insisted. Now all of a sudden he wants to charge me a dollar. Same guy that is pictured in the reviews on Google. How does this guy even still have a store. UPS clearly pays no attention to reviews considering this persons constant issues. UPS you need to be better than this.

This is the first time I used this store and will be the last time. I want to gave a 0 stars. No wonder had all these negative reviews and it's true about him. The guy in there is extremely rude and has no manner. The worst customer service that I had experience. He probably is the owner and doesn't care. UPS should gave him the worst customers service award of the decade................how can you treat people's like garbage. Unbelievable !!!!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Visiting this store was one of the worst things I've ever experienced... but after reading other's reviews, it makes sense. I came in to return an amazon package and kindly asked the man that was working to scan the barcode on my phone. Not only was I completely ignored, but when this man decided to speak, he began screaming at me and told me that they do not accept Amazon returns and that I would need to purchase a box for $80 if I'd like to return it. I showed him the exact wording from Amazon that says returns are free to UPS locations and that there is no box needed. He began ignoring me again and serving other customers. I told him that this is unacceptable and that he needs to understand that there is an agreement between Amazon and UPS. At this point, he began shrieking saying "GET OUT OF MY STORE RIGHT NOW. GET OUT GET OUT GET OUT". This man then had the nerve to THREATEN TO CALL THE POLICE ON ME. At that point I was in pure shock and decided to leave. He is clearly unwell and an awful human being- I am still trying to find a way to make a formal complaint to UPS. I have never been so disgusted with someone in customer service- this place needs a new owner asap.

If I can give 0 stars I will. This is the most rude, not helpful place. The workers and owners are awful. You get there and there is people in the back and they make you wait. Then they are very unresponsive and when dropping g Amazon packages they charge you for everything and they don't give you a receipt. The owner is always angry and not helpful at all. All other negative feedbacks are correct.

I order a lot of stuff from Amazon. I also return a lot of stuff to Amazon. This UPS store is convenient drop-off for all my returns. I also accumulate a lot of packaging air pillows and bubble wraps, which this store accepts. Mr. Kim is the owner. He is a man of few words, but he is very efficient. I'm always in and out of the store quickly. Mr. Kim also does notary service, which came in very handy on several occasions when I needed some documents to be notarized. This UPS store is an excellent place for all your parcel shipping needs!

All of you self-centered, entitled, attention-seeking Karens and Daves who wrote negative one-star reviews need to check your privilege. You're not always going to be the center of attention. it's not always about you. Not every store owner need to smile at you and ask how your dog is doing. You don't know what's going on in their lives. What, they have to kowtow to you every time you saunter into the place? Not smiling is a cultural norm in many parts of the world. The Russians say "Only fools smile without a reason." We in the U.S. flash phony smiles and ask "how are you?" and say "have a nice day" when we don't really feel good or give a crap about the person we're talking to. We often use "sir" and "ma'am" to preface or end a rude, snarky, or mean comment, statement, or question. I went in there for the first time ever last week. The lady was helpful and attentive. Her English wasn't great, but I bet she speaks English a million times better than you speak her language. Oh, and get vaccinated and wear a correct mask correctly. Have a nice day, Sir/Ma'am! :)
