“Let me start by saying I’ve always used another shop. I called them in a pinch. I needed something done ASAP. They were able to get me in that morning, and diagnosed my issue very quickly. Pricing was super reasonable. The staff was amazing. After the diagnosis, I had to get a couple parts. He got me in the next morning and the truck is all fixed now! I felt very well taken care of going there. More than I ever have at another shop. Found my new mechanic!Services: General repairs”
“I was recommended to go to this shop, as I needed a state inspection and oil change, and had a great experience. This is a “Mom & Pop” shop and the couple that owes it are very down to earth people. Their daughter and son-in-law also work there, and everyone was very friendly and personable. They are also very honest and won’t tell you work “needs to be done” on your car that isn’t truly needed. My car currently has an open recall, but I was told by the dealer the parts were in a national shortage. Without even asking, Fox’s looked up, within a 250-mile radius, a search for who might have the part that I needed to see if they could find the part to complete the recall. They also helped explain to me what the recall was about and why it was important. Unfortunately, no one had the part, but I thought it was above and beyond that they checked to begin with and just reflects on their character. I will most definitely be going back.”
“Big Mike was always there when we needed him. We paid and he gave service which is how it works. And if we come back to the state I will be back again. Keep up the good work guys! thinking of you! Got some work coming your way. Betty and Lee”
“I made my first visit to Brotz Automotive last week. I stopped in and asked for a short notice assist with my SUV and completely expected to have to wait or make an appointment and return as the bays were already full with mechanics working on other vehicles. An extremely professional and friendly office manager, Abbie, said she would see what she could do to help me, and, within a minute or two, the owners, Josh and Dan, appeared from the garage and said "toss me the keys." Within a few minutes my SUV was pulled into a bay and they were evaluating it. After pulling my front right wheel off, they discovered the issue and solved it. They also told me my brakes would likely need service in a few months. I was extremely impressed as they could have easily told me the brakes all needed to be replaced that day and I would have not known otherwise. After 35 minutes, I was back on the road after paying a $20 bill. When my brakes need to be replaced, I will definitely return to Brotz. Extremely friendly, honest and professional. I highly recommend them.”
“The technician that changed my tire for AAA was very courteous and went the extra mile to top off my tires with air & fill the problem tire with air to help determine if there was a leak the next day.”
