I have had this storage area for 10 years and the person I dealt with was excellent. With a recent change it has been one problem after another. When I went to get my Christmas decorations I found one of my locks cut off. Nothing taken. I called about it. They said they did not have a lease for one storage. I have autopay and had been paying for 10 years. I had signed for this then. I think they cut it off, but not proven. It was well run before but not now. They are now charging for insurance.

Great place and your belongings stay safe and dry. Great customer service and very nice people to work with in any situation. I was in the same unit for over 5 years. Thank you for everything.
