Towed car 5 miles, had car in their possession 1 hour before contact. Charged 298 dollars. Was told an additional 60 dollar fee per day, yet it's Friday and they don't open until Monday, thus adding to the bill which is cash only. The height of unjust scales.

The technician that changed my tire for AAA was very courteous and went the extra mile to top off my tires with air & fill the problem tire with air to help determine if there was a leak the next day.

Without even pursuing to contact the business I already know to AVOID this place... The one review that gave it away for me was Jim Corino's 5-star review (The owner!) replying to a poor one star review from a previous customer he dealt with ... David Wilson, you're not alone. Jim Corino.... YOU ARE NOT A PROFESSIONAL if you bad mouth customers on the internet. If a customer brings you a Job to do, you do the job and deal with what happens rather than take it out on the customer. If every review online is horrible besides your own then maybe you should consider a different career... or maybe a class course in professionalism.

In regards to Kyle I don"t know you or think I ever met you However I understand where you are coming from I know I sounded a bit harsh but I just don't like it when someone lies If you have a problem with me or one of my people then that is fine Tell it like it is and i will respect that but if you lie i will jump on you every time That said I will say again Professional or not TOO HIS FACE that David Wilson is a lier and i will not back down from this and if you or anyone else wants stay away from my buisness for standing up for what is right and calling him on this so be it I don't normaly bash anyone unless they bash me or my people first And I am sorry if this upsets you or anyone else But I hate a lier Thanks Jim Owner of JC AUTO ;-)

In regards to David wiiison this lying idiot is not smart enough to baby sit himself let alone anyone else if what he means by baby sitting is calling our shop and crying like a little baby every day while we were waiting for the part for his vw to come in while he was camping for a week and he said we had all week to get it done when we did get it done in plenty of time then he complained about the bill that should have been a lot higher anyway this idiot is not smart enough to come in out of the rain so he makes up a bunch of d*** lies and expected people to believe it. Remember there are two sides to a story. Thank you :-)

Horrible shop. I had to babysit the shop to make sure they got the work done they said they would get done. They gave me several dates they didn't meet and then took no accountability for their failures. I ended up getting charged for work and services I didn't need.
