Same issues as Jill. Felt very unwelcome and management did not respond to my partner's questions about applying to live there. It was also very hard to get ahold of them. Dodged a bullet, I think.

Unfriendly -unwelcoming - does not use fair housing standards - won’t answer communications and treats people unfairly. Terrible experience

Never really feel like you have any real sense of privacy. Nosey neighbors and invasive management, glad to have moved away.

It's a well maintained mobile home park with amenities like an inground pool available in the Summer, a club house and some exercise equipment. It is about 40 to 50 minutes from Rochester. I wish it were closer.
