I had an unexpectedly smooth experience with Vincent’s despite the stressful situation of having my car impounded. From start to finish, their service was professional and efficient. The staff was courteous and understanding. When I called to inquire about retrieving my car, they provided clear instructions and answered all my questions with patience. The impound lot was well-organized, and the process for retrieving my vehicle was straightforward. The facility itself was clean and secure, which gave me confidence that my car was in good hands. The fees were explained upfront with no hidden charges, and I felt like I was treated fairly throughout the entire process dispite having an impounded car. Overall, Vincent’s turned a stressful situation into a manageable one. I truly appreciate their professionalism and would recommend them to anyone needing towing services in the area. My vehicle broke down in the middle of the night and Vincent came to the rescue .when I came to pick it up next day., The girl viola at the front desk was really really nice and helped me a lot. Definitely recommend them if you need a tow or car repair.

Do not use this place! This place will rob you. They charged way too much for an emergency tow ($700) and then damaged the rim and flattened the tire in the process. Charged a clean up fee when nothing was cleaned. The car was stored for 12 hours and they charged storage for two days.

I had a recent breakdown on Pelham Parkway on Friday of the holiday weekend. I called Vincent's for towing and they responded quickly and professionally. Natalie in the office was extra helpful and communicated perfectly. The driver, Selena was prompt and very diligent with getting us back comfortably with no issues whatsoever. A bad situation turned out to be a very good experience!! Thanks again to Selena and Natalie and anyone behind the scenes at Vincent. I would leave Selena 8 stars on the review if I could!!
