I recently sent 2 different letters to the same medical practice in Harrison, NY from this post office. Both contained checks. The second also had a CD of a MRI scan. NEITHER envelope made it to the practice. I now have to physically go in person to the medical office which is a hardship for me due to impairment issues.

I've had two issues with this post office so far. I ship a lot of packages and this USPS is the first location to ever lose them. For that reason, I always ask for a receipt to make sure they scan it in. The bigger issue is that I have been turned away because the workers behind the desk don't understand the products they are selling. I had to explain to a grown woman why a 15"x15"x7" package was less than 1 cubic foot in volume. I don't feel like giving a math lesson each time I drop off a large package.

I don't know what is going on at this place, it's like they don't want you to use the post office. Every time I go to ship something, they tell me different ways it has to be packaged and then when I do it for the next time, they're extremely rude to me about it and tell me I did it wrong. I'm just trying to follow what I was told to do literally two days ago. There's a woman who works there that is extremely condescending and rude. If they don't have a set standard of what they want us to do for shipping items, how are we supposed to know what to do? This place is ridiculous and I don't know how that woman can get away with being so rude.

There is a small parcel drop off big enough for small size boxes in the lobby when desk is closed.

I rarely post reviews for places like this but this has to be the worst post office in the area. On multiple occasions the clerk has been extremely rude to not just me but other people who I've stood behind in line in. They also give ZERO assistance. It's as though people have just gotten lazier to do their jobs, but I would always have pleasant experiences at other post offices throughout the years where the clerks PACKAGE,TAPE AND LABEL your packages. Very disappointing, seems like nobody wants to work anymore and have an attitude when you ask them a simple questions. Not helpful at all.

Reid is extremely rude and unprofessional. He doesn’t know how to communicate with people. They should be ashamed to have him on their team. Everyone else was very helpful.

I needed assistance early in the morning and flagged down a postal truck.The fellow was so understanding and accommodating. I only wish I had gotten his name.God bless him for his patience and help.

Always, ALWAYS expect the worst customer service on this location. I had to do a return, I needed like 7 inches of tape, and the guy told me to buy a 4$ roll of tape ?. I didn't know USPS was that broke.

They never deliver packages on weekends. I have things listed as delivered on Sat and nothing was delivered. End up getting it on Monday with regular mail or not at all. Also I have a camera on my front door so I can see they never even attempt.UPDATE. I was told the post office does this to stop the clock. They don't even give it to the mail person to deliver.

I'm sorry but the employees here are so cranky dismissive and not helpful. It's an awful experience each time to go to Mamaroneck post office. I told a friend I had to run to the post office and they felt bad for me. Come on, how about a shred of kindness. I saw people trying to engage and they (the men and woman) were curt and barely responsive.
