Worst shipping experience I've ever experienced. I purchased an item from a local auction house on December 13 intended to be a Christmas present. I contacted all of their recommended shippers - all the prices were approx. the same, so I went with the shipper that responded the fastest - ASAP shipping. Dennis from ASAP was incredibly responsive via e-mail, yet the issue was that he kept telling me that he was going to pick up my item, when he did not. After a series of back and forths he said he would pick it up (12/20) - I still didn't hear from him. I reached out to the auction house to check if he had done so - they informed me that someone had picked up the item on 12/20. This brought me back to ASAP trying to figure out what was going on. Early January - still nothing. Then I started calling, I spoke to John (owner), Angel, and one other gentleman - no one knew where the item was and Dennis was on vacation. Finally, Dennis returned from vacation, I called - he confirmed that he did NOT have the item. He (allegedly), then picked it up, informed me he had the package and needed payment. I reached out requesting a discount for all of the issues - "no discount, please send payment so that I can ship your item". John picks up, I explained the situation, gave him my credit card information, he told me he'd try to help me out. Apparently I should have received a Square invoice - never received it. After 1.5 months, 20 emails and 10 phone calls, received my item yesterday. DO NOT USE ASAP SHIPPING.

Horrible! Dealt w "Dennis"? Very disrespectful and a terrible reflection on "Invaluable Auctions" and "Benefit Auctions" ! What an a..hole! Never again. Very demeaning and aggressive.

Very bad customer service and uncomfortably short with their email responses. Both males I spoke to on the phone sounded rude. I went with them to ship and pack an auction item because I prefer to support small buisness. They were the same price as UPS after fees. No notification of shipping, and when I asked for tracking information, I received a short response of "Yes.", That was all. My package was poorly prepared and service was bad. Too tightly packed with out cusion. Choose someone else. With this bad quality service and lack of care, they deserve no support.

Hi! I've had Dennis at ASAP Etc pack & ship my auction winnings from Greenwich auctions about 3 separate times this year so far. Each time I asked for a shipping quote, Dennis would always send me a kind & timely reply. His quotes are very competitive, payment was super easy & a receipt with a tracking # was always emailed to me. GREAT SERVICES all around! And, my items have always arrived well-packed & safe. I couldn't be happier with the services I've received from ASAP Etc (Dennis) & I hope others will give ASAP Etc a try. I bet you will be a happy customer just like me. EDIT: Over the last 2yrs, Dennis & staff have continued to provide me with EXCEPTIONAL SHIPPING SERVICES on at least 6 occasions. Consistently an amazing shipper!

Their quote nearly doubled after auction pickup before shipping which I had no alternative but to pay. Look elsewhere if you want clear reliable service. All in all a disappointing experience.

Had the worst experience there today. There was only one person in the place. Took over 20 min to mail out a simple package that was was properly wrapped and address. I can not understand why it took this guy 20 to send out the package and buy a book of stamps. Service is bad enough with one of the older gentleman but this guy was the worst. Never going back!!

I used ASAP to ship my purchases from two Benefit Shop auctions. There was a mistake on ASAP's part and only one package was sent out. John, the owner of the business, took no responsibility for the error. I asked for a discount on the $300 shipping fee I'd been charged, since they were sending out my second package a week late. He answered that the refund would come out of his employee's pocket. Truly a nasty person. In future, I'll use the UPS Store for my Benefit Auction shipping, rather than contribute to his miserable business model and ugly attitude.

What I like about ASAP shipping is that when they make a mistake (which happened once with my order) they fix it. They don't argue with the customer, or try to squeeze extra money out of them. They admit the mistake, and it's taken care of. That's a good business practice and it's getting less and less common, sadly. ASAP picked up and shipped two sets of auction items for me, and they shipped promptly. I would use them again.
