When Don was the owner, in order to print something, I always used a computer and was charged for the pages I printed. With this new owner, they charge me for the computer, which is almost $4 for 30 seconds using the computer to print one page!

The customer service at this UPS store is excellent. I am often assisted by one of the managers, Rio, and he’s professional, knowledgeable and incredibly efficient. I have used this store to fax, copy, ship, obviously, and even notarize. Five stars!
