There is one attendant at the store and at that a very unhelpful person. Today he said he would not tape my box which is fine may be management told him not to spend a penny on taping so I went back to my office with the taped box and when I came back he had locked the store. I tried to get his attention and of course he did not look back and I could not run with my box.
mind you the store had been open less than an hour and when i drove by the deli he was sitting there it was not even noon yet. So now I have to find another store to ship my items
If you are going to advertise that the store will be open from 11-4 pm then keep it open for that time or advertise a different time.

This store provides an attendant not a customer service person for assistance. Unfortunately the attendant I regularly encounter appears overwhelmed and ill-equipped to support customers in a friendly and helpful way. He even yelled at me in front of another customer and their young child. I took my items down to the other UPS store without issue. This is the 2nd time this has occurred at this location. New staff and training on customer service mentality is encouraged to the owner.

Every time I'm here the employees are so friendly, helpful and the store is very clean. Don't come first thing when they open because they don't open on time.

Do they actually open at 8:30am? It says they do online and on the sign outside the store BUT I have come probably 5 times on different days at 8:30am and they are NEVER OPEN.

Rude! Rude! Went in to drop off package, the guy working got annoyed cause he was leaving to get something to eat. Then proceeded to tell me abruptly next time tape my box or I will get charged $5 next time! DON’T WORRY THERE WON’T BE A NEXT TIME! I will never step foot in this store again!
