They have parking spaces dedicated to customers on the side of the building which is great! I went when no other customers were there in and out very quickly. Friendly staff.

I went to drop off a box and waited on line for 45 minutes. 2 counter people, but the whole time I was there, one employee was still with the same lady as when I got there

Always trying to make a quick buck and will do anything for profit and inconvenience anyone if they can make some quick cash. Not this branch the entire company.

Unless you pick a star you can't leave a review, so I guess it'll be one. The absolute worst. They'll take your money fast enough, and think every problem can be answered by a chatbot or automated menu. Useless.

Unfortunately Optimum has gone down the drain. If your TV goes out you can never receive adequate assistance via telephone. You end up speaking to someone overseas that knows nothing or can barely speak English
