Don’t go to this vet if you’re expecting compassion for your animal or professionalism in veterinary medicine.
I brought my 12 yr old yorkie to the vet when she started breathing strangely. We were told she had enlarged liver, heart, and had fluid in her lungs. They held her for two hours to give her oxygen but said nothing about her likelihood of living. We came back to pick her up later that day, we were immediately handed the hefty invoice ($$$$) by the front desk followed by a tech with prescription instructions, and was told Dr. Patrice wasn’t able to see us. There was no conversation about how and if she responded to the treatment. We left with no comfort and confusion. We administered the 5 medications as told for a small 7lb yorkie. Within hours, she died.
We were not spoken to about her comorbities and how they affected her life expectancy. Do not go to this vet if you want to be well advised about your dog’s health with compassion because they have none. They never called to check up on how she was doing after the medication either — we gave them three days to follow up, until we personally went to pick up our files for both my dogs and let them know what happened to my yorkie. Conveniently, no doctors were available, and once again, no follow-up call was made.
As an owner of a senior dog, I understand that their health can be in flux — but for my vet to lack the decency to tell me my dog’s options when she can’t speak for herself shows how apathetic this vet is.
Find another veterinary clinic for your pets and save yourself the heartbreak of your dog dying without knowing. We are heartbroken.
⚠️To your response... absolute lies! Dr.Patrice NEVER came out to talk to us "post " care, instead You handed us an invoice FIRST, then sent a tech out to read labels on meds and to "hand" a business Cornell card IN CASE we needed it that night. There was absolutely NO discussion about transferring her. Are u kidding me???? My dog literally dropped dead 3 hours after overdosing her with FIVE different medication your tech handed us. How can we bring her in the next morning for in house visit with the cardiologist?!?!?!
We were never given options for her condition by Dr. Patrice. Not even a phone call that evening, knowing Chloe's condition. (Disgraceful bedside manners) Let alone 3 days later we came DIRECTLY to your clinic to pick up our records and notify YOU that our dog died! No one has reached out until now through a review (which we hesitated to write until your lack of compassion). Totally disgusted. A more "professional" approach would of had been for Dr. Patrice, personally, come out to speak of our options first followed by a phone call that evening and following days to see how Chloe was doing.
Unfortunately, Ive come to hear many others, have had similar experiences.
I'm so sorry I put my dog in your care. Veternarians are supposed to make you feel guided and comforted. You lacked it all. Instead, we felt lost, confused and heartbroken. You are nothing but a money hungry and incompassionate facility.
As per your last sentence, No, YOU NEEDED TO CALL US DIRECTLY if you had any compassion at all.
You have no problem hiding behind the keyboard to respond to a negative review when it could’ve been avoided with a conversation with us while we’re standing in the office, let alone a phone call. This was a cowardly act.
You can't face us. It's been a week since she died and now you respond here.
Absolutely heartbroken. ??

I recently had the privilege of entrusting my beloved companion, Scout, to the care of Dr. Hall, and I must say, the experience has been nothing short of exceptional.
From the moment I reached out to Dr. Hall, I was met with a level of compassion and professionalism that truly set her apart. Her dedication to her patients knows no bounds, as evidenced by her willingness to provide her personal cellphone number for emergencies or questions, regardless of the hour. Whether it was late at night or early in the morning, Dr. Hall was always there to alleviate my concerns and provide invaluable guidance.
Dr. Hall's expertise and diagnostic prowess are truly remarkable. She navigated through Scout's numerous health challenges with precision and care, leaving no stone unturned in her quest to ensure his well-being. Her ability to blend medical acumen with genuine empathy made all the difference during what could have been a daunting and stressful time.
What truly struck me about Dr. Hall was her unwavering commitment to her patients' welfare. When Scout was in dire need of attention, Dr. Hall graciously accommodated us without hesitation, even though we were not yet established as clients. Her kindness and understanding in our time of need were nothing short of extraordinary.
In addition to her professional competence, Dr. Hall exudes warmth and approachability. Her friendly demeanor instantly puts both pets and their owners at ease, fostering a sense of trust and rapport that is invaluable in veterinary care.
In sum, Dr. Hall embodies everything one could hope for in a veterinarian and more. Her dedication, expertise, and compassion make her a true asset to the veterinary community, and I am immensely grateful to have her as Scout's trusted caregiver. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Hall to anyone seeking the highest standard of care for their furry family members.

Have a friend who used this vet for their dogs care for years. Well their dog got ill and they had no compassion, would not even agree to see the dog or hear of what was going on unless hundreds of dollars were paid upfront. They also mentioned that they would not euthanize the dog if needed, meanwhile the owner never Said anything regarding euthanasia. This place wants people to think they care, when really they just want money and have no compassion. I wouldn't trust them with my fur baby, and I hope other people find a different vet and keep their fur babies far away from this place.

I loved the reception. Dr. and her assistant were active listeners and had excellent advice. They dispelled many of my concerns as a new puppy mom. Thank you Dr. Perkins!!

I called on the 8th May saying my Dog has something on his back that I thought it needed to be urgently checked out. They didn't give me an appointment and put me on wait list.I called twice that day, no luck. I was surprised they don't have slots for sick patients/animals. When I asked for an appointment, they were offering me June 5th. Go figure. They never called to check in on how my dog is doing or give me an appointment later that week either. But when I didn't get timely attention for my pet, I knew they are just a business, not a veterinary hospital that cares for the health of their patients. The vets are great though. Also, Miller Clark is extremely expensive. My regular annual wellness exam with couple shots and stool test cost me $673 !!
