Stayed here for a single night for a wedding. It was cheap and close to the location - that was it. There was no one there to check us in when we arrived at 3:30pm or so, for at least an hour. The toilet barely flushed and almsot overflowed on its own. The shower dripped constantly and the whole bathroom was super wet and nasty. Showered with flip flops so I didn’t get staph. The AC smelled like cigarettes when it turned on. The beds were fine.The parking lot was maintained, I felt safe both for my room with my things and parking my car. There were some college kids filming a movie.

Disgraceful place, dirty, noisy and rude, charging the according to your face. And if you complain about other things they are taking personal, pay more and go somewhere else.

Rundown dirty rooms overpriced toilet making noises plus ac foul smell they couldn’t even stock a coffee bag they left the last person mess in there ??♀️

Run down , old , over priced no tell motel. Use for emergency only. You can do much better for the same prices. I stayed here under the old owners it was passable then , not now.

The bed was horrible, room was not very clean, was odd, I had to wear a mask, in the office, when they had a solid glass sealed office with a tiny hole to insert your card,or cash, and get the key. For what your getting, if you do not care about how you significant other cares, and there just for pleasure only, its okay. Still felt the price should be lower for what your getting.

Interesting how the reviews vary from 1 to 5. My review is comparing with a room I could have booked for 148.00 on that Wednesday night that I have stayed recently but was 10 minutes further from my family. This place was 100 dollars and I couldn’t take a shower because of the filth caked on the tiles and the curtain. One thin sheet, untucked on the mattress and another for cover. No comforter or blanket. My wife refused to stay and crashed at our son’s couch. They refused to cancel and return the money because “that is one of our better rooms and there is nothing wrong with it”. It would be a 5 star compared to sleeping on the street curb.

Need a place to stay overnight because of bad weather. Very close to my office. Been going there on and off an emg over the years(26). The past few not so much. Remembered it asclean, safe and convenient. Was there for an hr. On the bed watching tv and speakingon the phone, happy to be safe.. when a ROACH!! is running on the bed!!!!! I killed itand picked up and left. Better off sleeping in the office!! UGH!!!! Sadly, next time badweather, the office will have to suffice.

I found everything to be in order. Great value for the money. Kitchenettes available and all rooms have microwave and fridge. Close to NYC and that is a huge bonus. They offer weekly rates, too.

I went to this Motel November 4th and paid for 2 nights the 4th and 5th. The clerk made a mistake and put November 3rd. The next day the another clerk made pay for 1 more day because the 1st clerk has put the dates wrong. I stayed there only one night even when I tried to get my refund they didn’t even try to help me with anything. They need to pay me back 220 $ when I wanted to speak with the management they didn’t tell me no information about that too. The receptionist that Met me there for the first time was an elderly bold uncle who was very rude from the beginning. The next day when I went there because they demanded I pay for another. The 2nd clerk was a a bit younger with a mustache he told to pay and told me to speak with an elderly uncle regarding the mistakes with payment. So unprofessional, we are there your guests plus we are paying we are costumer. Costumer needs comes 1st. I hope after this review someone from the management will contact me about it and about my refund. Overall terrible experience

Room smelled, air-conditioner filter was quite dirty, I cleaned myself. Bathroom was uncomfortable, shower was unlit and did not appear to have been cleaned recently, there was a shaving razor cartridge left on the floor. Did not complain at the time because I was too tired-needed to sleep. Was refused any discount.

Disclaimer: this is a motelNot a luxury 4 star or the Marriott or otherwise. A honest ma and pa owned motel so go easy on them.The general manager Sarah has been absolutley delightful. Informative responsive and professional to all degrees. She gets the job done and make the ship sail. As with the house keepers yolani (sorry if I spelt it wrong) is a joy! Always a bright smile and a polite hello! To make you feel at home and at ease. I've been staying here since the end of July to present and have enjoyed all of it. They do thier jobs right and make this cozy little motel peaceful and quiet. Be kind be courteous to the staff and employees they are doing thier best!

So, the reviews are apparently very outdated. There is new ownership here and now it runs at 98 percent capacity. As for short time rooms, there are 5 roms of 36 dedicated to that that do not have fridges or Microwave and those guests are always asked if they would like to store anything in the office fridge or heat anything in the office microwave. People will often choose these rooms for overnight to avoid paying a higher price for a regular room or kitchen. Renovations are constant here it seems. Carpets have been replaced with hardwood floors, 4 rooms completely remodeled, every bed completely replaced, every Tuesday extermination services, freshly paved and painted. All exterior repainted. Rooms redecorated and remodeled. Massive amount of parking. 20 miles from NYC in an affluent town where the PGA comes through surrounded by food even on the motel campus a deli and pizza place. Urgent care less than 1 minute away. A bar easy walk away. Moments from the Marina. Restaurants from Starbucks to the Diner to the Left and Right. New security system. I can't count how many lights. People who smoke are banned. I think the reviews here are outdated perhaps cause I am looking around and will post pics! 100 a night....lol, Metro North in walking distance as well. So it's a Motel but not as described. Very safe and quiet. Clean. No roaches or bedbugs sighted. For price point, staff awesomeness, ALL the little things they hand out from forks and knives to wine openers, the security factor here is ultra high, private, parking, proximity to medical care and food, proximity to police and fire, so close to NYC and excellent cooling and heating they get 5 stars. And they never advertised a pool. Fun fact they film stuff here a lot, last time they turned it into Cape Cod for some production on Starz. Looked Surreal.

When my daughter moved to Mamaroneck several years ago. I stayed there several time over the years. It was always clean and well kept. The prior owners and staff remembered me after the 2nd stay because of my Ga accent. Even there once while a movie was being filmed. The motel was sold since after my last visit. Christmas 2021 stayed there. I looked at 3 different rooms before choosing one. Regretfully I will never stay there again. The place looks like a second rate rent by the hour if you understand what I mean.
