So, my son has a four-hour drive to college and was uncertain about how roadworthy his car was since he had been given a list of problems the last time he had it serviced. Charlie was amazing: he checked it out for him the same day (on the house) and told him that most of the problems on the list were "bull". It's so hard to get no-nonsense information about anything anymore, and I felt like I had stepped thirty years into the past when customer service really meant something. This is my new favorite spot for gas, inspections, etc.

The young fellow who sounds Pakistanian was working with his cellphone on a conversation, he was not able to understand my zipcode ( 10538 ), I repeated three times...didn't check back on the order...I was asking for 10 USD of gas...I looked back it was already 25 USD over....I yelled at him and he said " my customer understands me " and I replied " I don't think you understand me, meaning you should get off the phone when you're working...He had an attitude towards me....Please make sure the manager is taking action about that....!!!
