Great price and the workers are amazing! I got stuck and had to be at the auto shop fast I told the driver and he said alright will get you there asap! he worked with speed and care, telling me which auto shop was best and cheapest and boy was he right the one I wanted to go to was more then double the price to the one he recommended, overall this place is great and the driver was amazing! If you need a tow fairway is the way to go!

Worst worst experience! Called AAA for a tow for broken car and they assigned Intune. After signficant wait I called Intune toget wait time. The man stated he worked in gas station and would not help. My tow truck was suddenly canceled for some reason. AAA rebooked with another tow company. The gentleman was terribly rude and filing a formal complaint with AAA.

They love too charge insurance. And if your car isn't covered, they'll say you're car is more messed up than it really is so they can get from you for next to nothing and flip it. They stole parts that function with the hood. They told us they take card but I guess when it's not a lot of money they want it in cash, so they had my mother go and get the money after they told her YES, they accept card. Absolute trash.

We have used Fairway 2x in the last year for major body work after two of our cars were damaged in separate hit and runs. Everything was simple in terms of dealing with the shop and the insurance company. Each car looked great afterwards.Service: Body & Trim

Totalled a friends vehicle. And won’t do anything about it. The least professional service I’ve ever seen. Disgusting and the whole car community is against them now.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.This week, my property inside of my vehicle was stolen while at this shop for repairs. I found the entire inside of my car completely filthy when I picked it up. The parts that were replaced were left in my trunk as if it was a garbage!! When I spoke to Daniel (The person whom accepted the car and I received my car back after repairs) the first thing I asked was “do they keep the cars locked when they are unattended” and he informed me “ABSOLUTELY at all times”. I said afterwards, who was in my vehicle? He replied “only the workers”. I mentioned, if that is the case, they must have taken them or your workers simply left my car opened unattended. He thereafter immediately blamed me saying it was my fault, and I must have forgotten and not left these items in the vehicle. No apology, no sense of seeming bothered by this happening. I explained, please do not label me to be that crazy customer as I would not be mentioning this if I was not 100 percent sure I left them in my vehicle at the time of drop off. I assured him the conversation was had with my fiancé about skepticism of leaving these items in the vehicle right at the dropping of my vehicle. I work in customer service myself so I thoroughly can understand dealing with irrational customers who can come off crazy, this was not the case.I left items in my vehicle, trusting them with the idea I’m spending 5+ thousand dollars in repairs they will not want to lose my business and steal my stuff. I asked if a manager would contact me as I was upset and Daniel said a manager “Anthony” would. No call, nothing from any manager but 2 days later Daniel calls me back once again NO apology, just to tell me that he trusts his workers and the car was locked. As previous reviews mention this place holds zero accountability and surely will blame YOU for everything they do wrong. This was referred to me by my insurance company, and the convenience of having a rental car waiting for me at the shop drew me in. I mistakenly didn’t look into the previous customer reviews which could have avoided this disaster situation and the loss of possessions I now have to spend money buying all back.Service: Body & Trim

My Car was there for 3.5 months waiting on parts- awful communication- kept telling me parts were in transit, and they weren’t. Finally when job was completed, I got a call at 2 pm telling me I needed to pick up my car by 4 because they needed the room . They told me they could deliver for a fee if I couldn’t get there . I had my daughter pick up the car and the battery was dead. They told her “ just drive straight home and don’t make any stops and you will be fine” . After calling them regarding this- the guy told me batteries die and I should go back to the dealer . There was nothing he could or would do. Apparently another employee Dan overheard my daughter telling them she didn’t feel comfortable driving the car and finally replaced the battery with one they must have taken out of another junk car. Place does ok work, but their attitudes toward people are awful. Would not recommend.Service: Body & Trim
