Beware of FW WEBB in Mamaroneck, NY. Shocked by blatant discrimination while shopping for supplies for my husband's newest home project. Disgusted by their treatment. Never setting foot here again. Zero stars for their appalling behavior. I saw the workers accuse a black man of smearing literal feces on the bathroom wall, when the only homeless person that came into the establishment just a few minutes prior was white- AND HE USED THE RESTROOM! These people are disgusting!

Sales person was very friendly, but did not properly explain products and the high end shower parts purchased have never worked properly and received no customer support after purchase to address he problems.

I stumbled upon this gem after experiencing poor customer service at a competitor I have used for years. I can't thank the team at Frank Webb enough (Anne Marie & Jamie) for their extraordinary help and attention to detail. No question/issue is too small or big for these two...their expert advice, experience with products, and direct access to suppliers is beyond anything else I have experienced in the home renovation/supplier space. Will absolutely be recommending to friends and family, and will return for future needs!

The entire staff from supply house to showroom are top notch with exceptional customer service. Jaime the showroom manager is friendly, professional and gets the job done. Along with Ed up front in the supply house and Frank branch manager, this is my go to supply house from rough plumbing to finish.

Employees who work in the small parts store do not wear masks despite the NYS mandate as well as allow multiple (3 in this case) customers all gather in close proximity without masks on as well.I refuse to shop in a place that cares so little about the well being of others. Mask wearing protects others from you, not yourself from others so not wearing a mask shows little respect for those around you.I actually need to return an item but will not put my family's health in danger for that.Also will be issuing a formal complaint with New York State.Hope you get closed by the health department ?Keep my $10 in brass fittings.

Amazing customer service. Stopped in today for one item unexpectedly needed in the middle of a bathroom renovation that was only carried here (a specific ADA compliant Toto toilet) and they were able to get it for me immediately from their onsite storage and at a competitive price. I checked another item that I want to order for later in the renovation and I was very pleased with the turn around time and the price as well! We will be back.
