I had a wonderful experience with Eagle Hardwood Floors-my floors look so lovely. They sanded and stained my wood kitchen floor which was pretty awful looking along with an area where we had taken a wall down--the small floor area under the wall needed repair and to be incorporated into the rest of the floor. They also repaired the boards abutting the fireplace-and the idea for how to do that all came from them.
They were a pleasure to work with, showed up on time, answered all my questions before and along the way and were very patient while I obsessed (just a little bit) about the stain color. The employees (Mandy and Mauricio) were so good to work with that is made a trying time - floor work impacts the whole house-much easier.

We highly recommend Thiago and his company. After initially using a less reputable firm who made a mess of our hardwood floors, we turned to Thiago to rescue the project, and his team did an outstanding job. We are very happy with the results.
Some things we appreciated: 1. He works directly with his team and does not use subcontractors, ensuring consistent quality, 2. He is highly responsive and addresses concerns promptly, unlike others who become unreachable after receiving payment.
After the final coating was applied, we noticed some finish seeping up between the boards. We reached out to Thiago via text, and he personally came the next day to inspect the quality of the work, address the issues, and reassure us with his guarantee.
In summary, we're very pleased with Eagle Flooring and recommend them to anyone looking to contract flooring work.

Eagle Hardwood flooring did a great job refinishing my hardwood floors in my co-op. They have great customer service and communication and were very affordable. I contacted them on a tight deadline to move in and needed the floors redone before my move in date. They were able to accommodate me immediately. They had all of the paper work for my co-op done within a day and started working on my floors the same week of contact. Started on a Thursday and finished Monday. My husband and I love our floors and even neighbors have said how good they look. Would recommend them to anyone for their flooring needs.

Amazing floor refinishing done by Eagle Hardwood Flooring! I had used another contractor previously who left the floor with puddling and inconsistent staining. Eagle Hardwood Flooring saved the day by refinishing the floors properly and in a timely manner. Everyone on their team is polite, responsive, and extremely kind.
