I visited the store yesterday and the two men associates were very rude. First off their pricing is so high if it is not a used shoe it is way above goat pricing. I think this place is a dump. I would much rather drive elsewhere to find a decent sneaker store. We lack a good quality, authentic sneaker store in the White Plains area unfortunately. Do not shop here unless you want to spend 3x the market going price.

Id rate it zero stars if I could. Every time before I go, I check the hours on the website. And whenever I’m at the store, it’s always closed!

Way way way overpriced on DS and I saw many fakes in store. I would suggest an alternative sneaker store in the westchester area to shop.

Direct Kicks is my favorite place to buy, sell and trade sneakers. As the sneaker world has gotten increasing competitive and crazy these guys are the best. They always have a great variety and the prices are always fair. The prices are far more reasonable than other resellers. This is my go to spot!

Best sneaker store around! They always have the newest releases, super helpful and some of the nicest guys you will ever meet. I highly recommend stopping in and seeing all the heat they have and the best part is they take trades towards other sneakers you may want.

Wouldn’t even make an offer on Jordan golden moment pack deadstock 2012 size 11s. How you going to sell the junk you got and not have respect for OG desdstocks. Place is a joke. A product of hypebeast. Zero respect for the OG game.

The attitude and arrogance of this Where’s Waldo looking character behind the counter is disgusting! You say you are the owner, never seen you in the Mamaroneck location EVER! My husband took sneakers in to sell, to buy used kicks, they ask what you want for them and then say oh well never be able to sell these. Long story short my husband paid full price and left the sneakers he brung to trade and they sure did take em!Since you guys have moved to White Plains the jackass level is showing itself! My husband and I have been long time customers and Chris WAS cool, not so much anymore! The arrogant and condescending game your brother is playing should get you shut down! We will never be going back there to do business with the bumping ball brothers! HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

These low ball artists are full of nasty attitude, arrogance and are condescending! When you were in Mamaroneck it was a friendlier place and since you moved to White Plains your customer service is horrible! Don't trade or sell your joints here!

These guys make you feel at home , In the challenging world of sneakers shopping directkicks makes life easier, Ive shopped at many establishments just like directkicks and they give the highest payout on trades and sales , ive been doing business with them for about 4 years , definitely my go to!!!
