I had to share this because I don't want it to happen to others. I had an awful experience with curtains and reupholstering a sofa.You must be on top of your own project and with every detail because they are not. The people are lovely but not professional. When my curtains were installed after almost 9 months, instantly I knew they were the wrong length by 2 inches. They told me they would drop and come back to make sure they did.They never came back. I had to call corporate and they said thats the best they could do and for me to accept a discount. After the curtains were creased to that length they can not undo that. They were not going to make the curtains again for me.My fabric on my sofa ran the wrong way , the cushions were not running the same as the frame. It was filled with cheap filling that makes a sound as if there is tin foil in it. I had paid fpor premium fill. I had everything redone with a TRUE custom professional. This is not that. BEWARE.I used them before when Natalie was the manager and she was a true professional. She retired.Services: Furniture upholstery

In March dropped off 6 chairs to get reupholstered, paid ALOT of money in advance, it is now September- we received ONE chair that isn't ours with the wrong upholstery in August. No word on the other chairs, hardly any contact by the store. Next steps for us may have to be small claims court.

Not a good experience! At first glance the 2 ladies appeared friendly and welcoming.. which lured me into a false sense of security. I declared I was a novice to the field of interior decoration and fabric. I was ignored. They used jargon, (as a scientist I frequently encounter people who are nervous about tech.. the last thing you want to do is dazzle them with acronyms). The most interesting thing however was that they disparaged products I already had .. didnt we throw out that sales technique in the 80's? Not a fan .. but then again I was clearly not the customer base they are seeking

I don't always go by people's reviews so I checked out this place on my own. I went to look at fabric for curtains. I had the pleasure of working with Loretta who was kind, knowledgeable and very accommodating. I dont know about the rest of the staff there But she was GREAT! i will do business there but only with her. So if you are thinking of going make sure Loretta is there!

I wanted to recover a chair so I went to Calico Corners Mamaroneck to buy the fabric. I bought the fabric and they said they were taking 2 weeks to pick up my chair to recover it. They took 6 weeks. I had to cal call and call again for them to pick up my chair. Not only that they also assumed they were doing me a favor! Yesterday Carolyn assured me they were delivering my chair between 5 to 6pm. It’s 7pm and I’m still waiting! To say that it has been a frustrating experience is little!!!

I have worked with Calico Corners Mamaroneck for many years and bought drapes , recovered sofas etc. I was v happy with their service until recently I went in November to recover a chair. I still do not have my chair back. I bought the fabric and they said they were picking my chair in 2 weeks. They took 6 weeks and I had to call and call and call again They told me they were taking 2 weeks to re cover my chair.... they still have my chair. I spoke with Carolyn yesterday afternoon who reassured me they were delivering my chair this afternoon between 5 to 6pm. As you can imagine is 6:40pm and I'm still waiting. At this point I don't know if I am going to see my chair again!

Holly was fantastic in helping me pick out upholstery for my club chair. We had an initial virtual appointment where she showed me a variety of fabrics in my price range and when I went in person the fabric was even more beautiful-no need to think about it, purchased right away. She was so helpful and knowledgeable, you can see she has a real passion for her position.
