“I am sincerely grateful to Michael and the exceptional team at Hamilton Crossing. Moving across the country can be daunting, especially without the opportunity to visit White Plains beforehand. However, my experience with the leasing office surpassed all expectations.Upon reaching out with my inquiries and hopes for a virtual tour, Michael's dedication shone through. Not only did he promptly address all my questions, but he also graciously provided a comprehensive virtual tour of the units. With his expert guidance, I was able to select a unit perfectly tailored to my needs.Hamilton Crossing truly epitomizes luxury living, boasting top-tier amenities and a team committed to upholding exceptional standards. I couldn't be happier with my decision and eagerly anticipate calling this remarkable place home for the foreseeable future.”

“We moved to the Lofts in September but lived here for a year in 2017. I guess that's saying something when you move back to the same apartment complex you lived at before! We love it here. There's a real sense of community which is what I lacked and craved in the past. There's an abundance of shops and restaurants, parks and libraries in the neighboring towns of Dobbs Ferry and Hastings and let's not forget the South County Trail right behind the complex which has been nothing short of spectacular this Fall season! I've attached a photo of the view of the trail from our bedroom window. You're also located in one of the best school districts living here in Ardsley. Additionally, Nicole and Mario take care of the residents really well. The cleaners have been here a few years too so that just goes to show that it's a great place to work/live. I have a 4 year old and she loves it here. LOVES it! I don't even have to take her to the park, she just enjoys running around on the beautifully landscaped grounds outside. Best yet, it's a quick 45 min drive to NYC and about the same on the train from Hastings. If you're looking for more space, a great commute, a sense of community and belonging, then this is it. Nothing else in the surrounding areas compares.”

“I visited The Skyline on January 5th and I had a wonderful experience, first with the friendly concierges, then with Cindy, who treated me with respect and kindness and then Nick Renna who was very professional, patient and courteous with me and with all residents we encounter in the elevators and corridors. I can only commend the staff at the Skyline. I will not be moving to New Rochelle yet but my experience at Skyline was very good.”

“Came here to visit a few friends and I was impressed at how nice the units are. Very spacious and the prices are very competitive when comparing apartments for rent. I need to move soon and this is one place on my list to consider already.”

“Continuum experience: 1 month, I will update again in 6 months. I just feel bad when people only give bad reviews. I got really skeptical due to them and almost ended up not moving, thank god I moved.Three things: there’s maintenance, leasing office and concierge1. Maintenance is 10/10, the maintenance staff is so sweet and efficient. If you call them or put in the request in app they’ll come by the night or the next morning and if it’s an emergency they’ll come asap. I have called them 6-8 times by now, love Mike 2. Concierge 9/10 which is pretty good. If your package is delivered in the day you will be able to collect it by night and if you get your package is at night, you should be able to collect it the next day.3. Leasing office is decent enough, my key stopped working and it fixed the issue asap. No further encounters. However, they are not the best with communication over phone/e-mails, it was impossible to reach them. Caused me inconvenience before the move but once moved in you can always just go down and they’ll fix your problem.Building: I personally love it so far. I have not used the amenities yet as I am extremely busy but I plan on shooting some videos once I am free. I have also made an instagram highlight if anyone is interested in seeing life at Continuum. My username is “lughmaniiii”They also host a few things every month, seems fun”

“The Management and otherstaff are friendly and kind. I love the ambience of the place which I love to experience whenever I return from the bustle of work. However, I do have a serious issue with their electricity billing. I get billed the same amount (quite high) even if Im out of town or not. This is something they need to resolve.”

“I really like the vibe of the buildingThe high ceilings, the amenities, the details in everything. My experience was excellent starting from the walk through that I had. Kathy was so helpful, friendly and made me feel that she was there to help me find the best fit for what I needed and expected in my apartment. She was on top of everything to make this process as smooth as possible and fast. I am very happy I will move in to The Mariner.”

“Ive lived in the Drake House for almost 3 years and while its no trump tower, for your money you cant go wrong. The apartments are big with plenty of closet space, updated kitchen and bath, gas cooking, hardwood and ceramic tile floors. Laundry is in the basement, and I rarely have to wait for a machine. Indoor and outdoor parking is available for relatively cheap though I've chosen to park on the street to save money. The only serious problem I had was when a unit upstairs began leaking water into our bathroom wall. When we realized this happened , we notified maintenance and they had it fixed within a few days (they get a B for that job).My only real complaint with the apartment is that theres no ventilation in the kitchen (which is somewhat small and closed off). I cook alot which causes a film of (pressumably) grease to build up on all of the cabinets and appliances.Overall, this place isnt bad and I would recommend it to anyone who needs a decent place to live in the NYC area and doesnt have the money to rent in a luxury building or doesnt want to live in a multi-family house.”

“We’ve been owners, and fulltime residents, here for 7 years and it’s awesome. We swim and use the gym 3-4 times/wk. We have the security and convenience of a 24 hr doorman. The gym, pool, racquetball court, games rm, parking, maintenance – all included in our monthly fee. Our kids have been in the Tuckahoe schools since 1st and 3rd grades and are thriving and top of their classes. [Btw, Tuckahoe schools are totally under-rated and have exceptional teachers and sports!] And we can be on the train platform in 5 minutes. (3 at a push – believe me, I’ve done it!) I’d challenge anyone to find what the Tower Club offers in security, convenience, cost and amenities elsewhere.”

“I have lived in an Ossining, NY Milio Management run property for 2 years and have no complaints. Franco Milio has been a great landlord, fair and kind. The office staff is very responsive to all issues, seeing them through until there is resolve. The building's superintendent, Gil, is absolutely fantastic and the neighbors are wonderful. Great experience!”

“Thank you to Holly Pulliam, leasing agent - she is amazing! I visited the apartment complex for my brother that was relocating and Holly gave me the grand tour and listened to my brother's requests. Holly is a kind sensitive and caring person and The Mitchell is lucky to have such a leasing agent! My brother is now in the apartment and loving the living at the complex. Kudos to Holly for all of her support during this process of moving!”

“I picked up my key to move in literally the day after the transfer of ownership. In fact, my lease was an Avalon lease. Tomorrow I'll be signing my first Fairfield lease. I love this place. I'm honestly pretty shocked at the other reviews on here because I think it's great. I did live in a terrible place before so this is a huge upgrade for me, but I just don't understand why this place is getting so much hate.I love John and Sylvia in concierge. They're so amazing and sweet and extremely helpful. Guy in the south building is so awesome too.My husband and I can barely afford this place, but we're so happy to be here.Yes, there's a lot of construction all the time, but it's only because they're renovating each apartment between tenants. They're working on making this place so modern and beautiful. I have one of the older apartments and I still think it's really nice. There's great soundproofing between the apartments and I LOVE the new keyless Latch lock system they've added. There are only two things that bother me, one being that quite a bit of noise comes through the windows from the street. The other is that we pay an amenity fee every month, but then there's a fee on top of that if we actually want to use them (this doesn't include the fitness room or pool - no extra fee for those). There's a little lounge in the North building that I wanted to reserve for my husband and I and 2 friends; the cost would have been $350! That just seems crazy to me.Those are the only complaints I have though. This place really feels like home to us and we're really happy to be here. <3”
