I had an unfortunate experience with a package in transit; the package arrived to the branch torn and the contents had fallen out. The agents at the branch were extremely helpful and called me on multiple occasions to explain what had happened. They went out of their way to help me file a claim. Very professional!

We sent a package to family in SC and
we didn't know what was the best packaging for our item to be shipped safely. The clerk picked a box but everything seemed to be swishing around. Instead of offering solutions the clerk (who one would think was a professional at sending packages out correctly) only said it was "insured in case it breaks." It did. Anniversary present ruined. Thanks for nothing Malverne post office. ZERO STARS!!!

Went in with no line and stood to wait to be called by one clerk. One was eating and walked into the back and the other was looking down and appeared to be doing paperwork. After more than a minute the one clerk finally came and waved me forward … no good morning no apology for making me wait. The two clerk’s always had poor customer service and their supervisor isn’t much better.It’s sad that a small town post office has such terrible workers. The positive thing is we have the best mail carrier Lenny!I tried logging a complaint on the usps website Only to have the horrible supervisor call me and do nothing!

I am always polite, I am Black, what I experienced from 3 Black females, the Supervisor, also black, video surveillance caught all of it. Calling the Inspectors office for that Branch, she hung up the phone. I observed while wa6on lone on one occasion, the Caucasian customer, she was respectful, as soon as I got up to turn, the Body language made me step back and shake my head in sadness. They should be replaced with employees who follow the policy, protocols and procedures. Regardless of ethnicity.

Bad customer service, unfriendly staff, and a terrible over all experience. I would avoid this post office unless there was no other option. I'm not sure why the staff have such a bad attitude here, but it's unprofessional.

I had one of the worse experience at this post office a week ago. Not welcoming at all. Horrible service from that young lady at the front horrible. I couldn't speak kept cutting me off. I was amazed had to walk away no help at all. I met this wonderful mail carrier outside and she provided me the guidance that I needed. Please provide training it's needed at the front.

This person named Kalicia who works at the counter has no behavior to serve the public, she only knows how to raise her voice and has no patience with any costumer, USPS always has good people serving but this person should be fired

The women that are at the counter have terrible personalities, i would rather travel to a farther post office then deal with them. they clearly don’t like their jobs so they might wanna consider looking elsewhere. very unpleasant, rude, and unwelcoming.
