Darius was amazing! He helped me get exactly what I came in for and more! Darius was very personable, knowledgeable and kind. He made an otherwise tedious situation, enjoyable and go by quick! I will absolutely be continuing to go through Darius for any and all things phones related from now on!

Do not be fooled ! If you want good/ reliable service do not go here ! There is a Verizon store right up the road in the Wilton Mall ! This place has a TOTAL lack of transparency, customer service, consumer loyalty !
I RARELY write reviews but in this instance felt obligated to issue a warning to others. Could not be more unhappy with my entire experience at this location/ store ! Let's start with the fact that this is not actually a Verizon store but a subsidiary/ affiliate or an "Authorized Dealer" called "Cellular Sales" which you would never know until after you purchase products/ services ( VERY deceptive ). After products were sold to us the customer service became NON-existent.. My family and I were told we would receive (3) 200 $ gift cards as part of a promotion. We were simply informed that it would take a period of time to receive them in the mail and to simply remain patient, no other instructions were given. After about 3 months and no gift cards I tried contacting my sales rep with no reply. 4 messages later and still nothing. When I finally did get him on the phone he assured me he was on the case and would not forget about me and would be in touch soon then never bothered to call me. Then I called and asked to speak with a different rep who informed me he was not familiar with my account info/ what the original rep had done so it would be in my best interest to speak with THAT same original sales person who had no interest in helping me.. Then I asked to speak with a manager. Was told the "Floor" Manager would get back to me then nothing.. Tried again ! Was then told the "Store" Manager would get back to me and nothing. Called again was told someone tried to call me which they did not, just another run around. 2 attempts later I get a call from someone who informs me that I was no longer eligible for the promotion because it had been too long and that I would have to take it up with corporate (Cellular Sales Customer Service), so I did. At first the Cellular Sales agent tried getting me to drop my claim by offering me 100 $ towards accessories etc, when I declined he gave me a long winded speech about how long it would take to resolve my case and the likely hood it would not be to my satisfaction, I opted to push forward. Some weeks later I was contacted/ informed and told pretty much the same, that it had been too long & I was no longer eligible for that promotion and they could not help me..
Essentially once the products are sold/ commission's paid there is no interest in providing you with customer service which in essence is what you are REALLY hoping to purchase ! There is no dedicated customer service department/ representatives. Nobody there cares.. Don't be fooled. Go to an ACTUAL Verizon store. This place is the absolute worst..
P.S.
Oh, and the Monthly bill I was quoted at was actually higher than what I was told it would be ! My 1st bill was over 40 $ more a month than I was originally quoted, an issue I raised with my rep twice. I had service's I did not request, made adjustments etc.
Guess what, never resolved...

My phone had gotten submerged into water. When I went to the store and explained everything to Lucas, he was there to help me get a new phone and my old number back on the phone, while making sure my phone bill stayed the exact same. Thanks again Lucas!

Was very satisfied after leaving Verizon today with John K there to help me out. Not only was John very nice and professional, but super helpful and informative explaining every answer to all my questions. Very thankful in the customer service from John K and his support in welcoming me as a new Verizon member. Thanks again John K!

John k. did a fantastic job explaining everything he needed to. He answered every question my brother had. And boy did he have a lot of questions lol. Very professional and a very funny guy. We loved doing business with him. Glad my brother has a phone he can trust

VERY disappointed. Customer service???? Met with a rep, Alex, to buy phone cover for new phone. I mentioned that I needed to clean up my 20+ phone numbers in my business . He said, "I'm you're man". I handle business accounts. I thought GREAT! He said he'd look at the account and call me the next day. He did! Started going over numbers and I asked him to send me them This way I could get them all in front of me. He sent me 3 cut/paste pictures. OK, GREAT! I took all the numbers, put him in a spreadsheet and emailed him a copy so we could discuss while looking at the same list. No response. Called him twice over the next couple of days and left messages.. NOTHING. Emailed him again! NOTHING. Stopped in the store, Alex wasn't in, he was working another store I was told. Explained my issue to the gentlemen there. He apologized and said he would call the ALEX right away and have him call me. NOTHING AGAIN! I will figure out my phone lines, but the communication skills suck and just bad customer service. I have a bunch of phones out there. We will not be back here when it comes to trade ins/exchange/updates.
Now I get a generic response to call? I think the review was self explanatory. You should be calling the location and speaking to your employee not asking me to waste more time calling you!

Worst experience in a phone store in my entire life. Me and my husband went to get me a new phone and add me to his phone plan. I had been refusing to switch because I've been with straight. Talk all my life now. I have this c*** Verizon phone. I can't even call half of the contacts on my phone because they can't hear me. My husband tried to send me a text message this morning and it's refusing to go through. So he can't even text me and apparently that's normal. he says every so often a couple texts and phone calls won't send or go through. That's not normal. I have never had this issue When I was with straight talk. The scam salesman Talk to my husband and I into trying their internet. He says he has it himself. He was raving about how wonderful it is all of this stuff making it feel as if we couldn't leave the store without that internet. We'll to no surprise it sucked so slow half our stuff could not connect. We are big gamers and only one of us could game at a time and it would still freeze so couldn't really play. We've been trying for a month and a half to return it and they Have sent the return slip to the wrong address 10 times they refuse to take it back in store. we call for customer support and they do not put our correct address into the system to send it to our address. We have a bill of almost five hundred dollars when this was supposed to be a forty dollars a month system. I am so disgusted with this entire ordeal. This is ridiculous that they are refusing to accept it back at the store. They are taking no accountability for any of this. We have been calling customer support almost every single day for a month and a 1/2. And nothing has changed. I hate version so much now I wish everyday I didn't switch. The worst phone company in the world.

Lacey was able to fix a seemingly unfixable a situation when trying to set up my new Google pixel. I had tried everything and have been back and forth to multiple stores and she was able to figure it out and get my new phone set up while saving all of my contacts, photos and other information. What a nightmare especially while dealing with google and Gmail but she was able to figure it out and get me back in business. Thank you Lacey!

i went to Verizon in Malta today and had the pleasure of having John K. help me purchase a new phone & plan. he explained everything in detail and made sure i understood & agreed to everything and also got me the best deals. It was the fastest & easiest experience i’ve had with any phone company, while setting up a new plan with Verizon. John got us in & out in about an hour! 10/10 experience!!!

Well, I don't like being in the minority, but my experience over the last 5 month has been horrible. Was told I was eligible for a promotional discount and that I'd see the credit in my bill. It did not appear after 2 billing cycles, went back and they said it would take time but to come back if I didn't see it and call customer service: went round and round with customer service to no avail. So, going back to the store for the 2nd time and they don't know anything. And was met with stern and unhelpful personnel.

Had such a great experience today with Ryan! He is the man. He was very helpful and personable. He was able to get me just what I needed without any issues and explained everything perfectly. Definitely recommend anyone going to the store to see Ryan, great guy!

Probably one of the least informative Verizon shops I’ve ever been to. I bought a new phone and a free - ish iPad (I was aware I’d have to pay a $10/ month line fee) - but I was told I’d have to come and pick it up in person when it was in stock. Found out - just so they could charge me $70 for SETUP. Not a word of mention of this ahead of time and absolute refusal to take the money off. I couldn’t stay for setup as my boyfriend was in the car with an ACL tear - honestly hope they fail to make their quota and have to shut down. I’d take the online service anyway over these guys.
